Perfect get away
The house was the perfect get away, close to the beach, grocery store, convenience store and gas station. Pool and Jacuzzi were wonderful. Access to al of the Island but with none of the noise. Thanks for the lovely 2 weeks.

Quiet retreat
This is a surprisingly large quiet and comfortable rental with easy access to the beach and restaurants. It is clean and well appointed. Nice cooking utensils and whatever you don’t have is brought to you like lightning by the fantastic team at SPI rentals. I would go back again anytime. Hopefully next visit the weather will be warmer...

Beach Walk October 2017
Thoroughly enjoyed this house. It had everything we needed. Loved the pool, waterfall and the hot tub. Plenty of dishes and cookware, except for a cookie sheet to cook biscuits. But we bought one and left it for you. There were only 3 small spoons in the drawer, but we made do. A new gas grill would be a nice addition. No matter where we set the propane flow, the grill cooked our food too fast and we had to finish the internal cooking in the oven. These are very small details that absolutely did not ruin our vacation. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation on the island and hope we can try another one of your properties in the future.

Great last minute option!
My family and I booked this literally the night before and the owner and the rental company were super responsive and friendly. They were accommodating given the fact that it was so last minute. Short 5 min walk from the beach. Great set up for kids and the kids liked going up and down the spiral staircase! The pool was a HUGE plus and appropriate for my kids ages 4-11.

Excellent Service and Beautiful Home
Loved our stay at 118 Hibiscus, Home was gorgeous and well equipped, SPI Rentals were wonderful with a personal check in and prompt attention to pool and toilet, loved that there is a person to answer calls. I don't think I will rent with any other management company.

Perfect!
This house was perfect for our family. We stayed there in April. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation week. Loved the casual, comfortable and beachy decor, especially the surfboard on the wall! The front porch is a nice spot to read or have a meal. It was a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday we were there. The weather was sunny and warm all week. The yard was very well maintained and tropical looking, with palm trees and flowering trees and bushes. Preparing meals on the outside grill was quick and easy. The house was a short walk to shops, restaurants and all kinds of activities. Our family had fun on the dolphin tour and at the Birding and Nature Center. Driving on the beach was a lot of fun too. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is planning a vacation to South padre Island. We hope to come back again someday!

Great Home at a Great Location
We had a large group for the week we were in South Padre where several folks wanted to go to a music festival; while others wanted to spend some time on the beach and at Schlitterbahn. This home was well-placed with easy access to all locations on the island in a matter of minutes. The beds were very comfortable and seating at the pool allowed for everyone to get some sun and enjoy some camaraderie while we cooked on the grill in the evenings. SPI was great for check-in even during a busy week and made the checkout process very simple. We look forward to returning next year!

Family Vacation at Beach Walk - AMAZING!
Beach Walk had EVERYTHING we could possibly want and MORE! The location is perfect - a very short walk to the beach, plus a beautiful hot-tub and pool that we enjoyed everyday! Some of our family members were unable to join us, but the house will sleep 11 very comfortably. The sleep-number beds were a first for us, but we set them to our liking the first night and loved them! The home was very clean and the open style was great! Having our own washer and dryer for the whole holiday was very convenient. The Owners obviously put a lot of thought into the contents and furnishings of their home - Pride of Ownership was definitely evident! The Staff at SPI Rentals were all extremely friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely book our stay at this home again on our next visit to South Padre Island!

About The Area
Beach Walk is located approx in the center of the Island on the Gulf side of Padre Blvd. With in 3 blocks you have Stripes convince store A large tee shirt shop & Dolce Roma hand made Ice cream at the end of the block on Padre Blvd. Black Beards (one of my favorites) Senior Donkey, Ocean Motion, to name a few. A short 3 to 5 min walk to the beach, from the front door of Beach Walk. With only approx 5 miles of the Island being developed nothing is very far away. The Island Metro (formerly the Wave) Is a free transportation service that takes you up & down the Island over to Port Isabel. One of our favorite things to do is visit Sea Turtle Inc where they rehabilitate injured Sea Turtles. The Birding & Nature center is a great place for a nature walk on the bay side. Schlitterbahn waterpark is located on the south end of the Island. You will find tubing rivers, uphill water coasters, Boogie Bahn surfing rides, Torrent Tidal Wave Rivers and picnic areas with shade. There are dolphin watch tours, parasailing, fishing,kite boarding and many other water sports available.

March 1st to Easter bookings require a $1000 to $1500 refundable damage deposit.
Spring Break groups $25.00 per person wrist band fee may be applied.
You must be 30 to rent for Holy Week.
Smoking is allowed outside, not permitted anywhere inside including garage area.

Suitable for up to 11 guests. Small dogs up to 15 pounds welcome, pet fees also apply.
