Guest Experience Requirements
- Stress-free check-in, combination access or in-person check-in
- Beds mattresses, matching and stain free linens, and two sleeping pillows for every guest
- There’s at least two sets of plush towels, hand towels, and washcloths per bathroom
- At least ten clothing hangers and an empty drawer or shelf are provided for guests’ clothes
- Window treatments for Privacy in all bedrooms
- Outdoor areas are well-kept and are clean and well lite.
- All outdoor entrances are lockable
- Furniture is in good condition, without stains, scuffs, breaks, or tears
- Lights work in all guest spaces
- There’s a neutral or pleasant odor in every room
- Kitchen appliances are clean and fully functional
- Air conditioning and/or heating works well
- There’s strong water pressure with hot and cold water

- High Speed Wi-Fi
- Villa manual with emergency contact info, Wi-Fi password, and checkout procedures
- TV with remote control and access to entertainment
- Safety equipment is installed, Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and railings
- Ironing board and iron are available
- Filtered water, and a supply of either coffee or tea for guest at check in
- Bathrooms have a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body soap
- Kitchen has essentials like a frying pan, salt, pepper, and cooking oil
