1014242Our family of four (two adults, kids age 8 and 14) loved this rental! The decor is bright and cheery, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, and there is a full sized washer and dryer in the garage. Of course the favorite feature was the private pool and hot tub out back. The backyard is set up nicely with Adirondack chairs and a table set, and there is a gas grill available for use. The pool was the perfect temperature, and was well maintained. It's small, but perfect for floating in and relaxing. The walk to the beach is not too bad; maybe 5 minutes with kids? The management company was excellent; I've rented vacation homes around the world, and I found this to be one of the most professional and responsive companies that I have dealt with. There are great restaurants within a few minutes drive from this home. It is really a great, central location. I think 4-6 people for this house is probably optimal, based on its size.

1014239The folks at SPI Rentals were great - very responsive to our needs coming in, during and going out. This is a beautiful condo with great access to everything... Beach, Restaurants, Pool. We had such a great time we definitely will be coming back!

1014243We had a large group for the week we were in South Padre where several folks wanted to go to a music festival; while others wanted to spend some time on the beach and at Schlitterbahn. This home was well-placed with easy access to all locations on the island in a matter of minutes. The beds were very comfortable and seating at the pool allowed for everyone to get some sun and enjoy some camaraderie while we cooked on the grill in the evenings. SPI was great for check-in even during a busy week and made the checkout process very simple. We look forward to returning next year!

1014243This house was perfect for our family. We stayed there in April. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation week. Loved the casual, comfortable and beachy decor, especially the surfboard on the wall! The front porch is a nice spot to read or have a meal. It was a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday we were there. The weather was sunny and warm all week. The yard was very well maintained and tropical looking, with palm trees and flowering trees and bushes. Preparing meals on the outside grill was quick and easy. The house was a short walk to shops, restaurants and all kinds of activities. Our family had fun on the dolphin tour and at the Birding and Nature Center. Driving on the beach was a lot of fun too. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is planning a vacation to South padre Island. We hope to come back again someday!

1014243Everything was great! I will definitely be booking with SPI Rentals again! Home was absolutely awesome! Kids enjoyed the pool loved the lights!
