Beach Breeze is your home away from home. From the time you walk in the front door, you are welcomed with the feeling of being at the beach. Beach Breeze is designed with the entire family in mind. The coastal vibe almost immediately takes you into a relaxation state. With only ½ block away from the nearest beach access, Beach Breeze is your perfect vacation home.
The open concept living area has plenty of room for a group of 12 to 14 guests. The living area has a 55in TV, DVD player, and over 150 cable channels, and password protected high speed internet. The kitchen area is stocked with all of your basic coking & serving needs. The dining area blends into the kitchen area easy to serve up your favorite gourmet meals. If you like to eat outside the door off the dining room takes you out to the huge deck with picnic tables.
The 4 bedrooms do not share any common walls for a little bit of extra privacy. The Master Bedroom is located upstairs has a King sleep number mattress, futon couch for extra sleeping, and a large private bathroom with a jetted bath tub. The upstairs King bedroom has a King sleep number mattress. Upstairs shared bathroom is near the king bedroom. Follow down the stairs to the 3rd bedroom with a Queen sleep number mattress. Shared bathroom, washer & dryer closet is in the middle. Kids bedroom has 2 twin over full sized bunk beds. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
The private heated pool & hot tub area, has plenty of room to lounge, or grill your favorite meals. We offer both a gas grill a charcoal brick BBQ.
South Padre Island Permit #2015-793792
There is a large 2 car garage, with an area in between the 2 doors. There is a sauna, Foosball table, shuffle board table, mini refrigerator, and a card table. Great space for a little fun or relax in the sauna.
We take pride in our 4 South Padre Island properties. We often do updates and keep up on maintenance.

About The Area
Beach Breeze is located approx in the center of the Island on the Gulf side of Padre Blvd. With in 3 blocks you have Island Cinema, Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill, Burger Fi, Dollar General, and Stripes gas station convince store to name a few. A short 3 to 5 min walk to the beach, from the front door of Beach Breeze. With only approx 5 miles of the Island being developed nothing is very far away. The Island Metro (formerly the Wave) Is a free transportation service that takes you up & down the Island over to Port Isabel. One of our favorite things to do is visit Sea Turtle Inc where they rehabilitate injured Sea Turtles. The Birding & Nature center is a great place for a nature walk on the bay side. Schlitterbahn waterpark is located on the south end of the Island. You will find tubing rivers, uphill water coasters, Boogie Bahn surfing rides, Torrent Tidal Wave Rivers and picnic areas with shade. There are dolphin watch tours, parasailing, fishing,kite boarding and many other water sports available.

Maximum occupancy is 12 adults 14 for families with children.
You must be 25 or older to rent.
March 1st to Easter bookings require a $1000 to $1500 refundable damage deposit.
Spring Break groups $25.00 per person wrist band fee may be applied.
You must be 30 to rent for Holy Week.
The Damage Waiver covers ONLY ACCIDENTAL damage up to $1000
Smoking is allowed outside, not permitted anywhere inside including garage area.
