Great Space in good location
This property was perfect for our ATV weekend. We had plenty of sleeping room and a nice space to hang out, including a fenced in backyard. There was room to park vehicles with trailers and the ATV trails were very close to the house. The house is well maintained and equipped with all the necessities. We had a great time and will definitely be back again!

Fantastic Retreat - Fantastic Time!
We were very impressed with everything with Pine Cone ! It is clean, well appointed and has a great layout for entertaining guests after a long day at the beach at lake Arbutus. Best Vacation Cabin in area
I have stayed at four different cabins in Hatfield over the past 10 years and I have never had an experience like this one! I won this stay at a raffle for a cancer benefit and booked it through Beth without any hassles. I had a group of 12 so we were worried about the size and comfort and if there would be enough blankets or everything else. We didn't need to worry as it was plenty roomy and everyone had a bed! The sheets are like a dream and the mattresses are very comfortable. I could not have gotten a better sleep at a 5 star hotel! The yard does need some work, but Beth is working on that. I can't wait to see it finished. All in all, the cabin was exceptionally clean, there was every amenity a person could want (wifi and satellite! No other place had that we stayed at), plenty of dishes and cooking supplies and even towels. Beth thought of everything a person could want and doubled it! Not only is the cabin the best stay by far, but the unbelievable communication (within minutes of me messaging her) to the thoughtful manner and customer service from Beth is outstanding! She even had a birthday cake, balloons and a bottle of wine waiting for us to celebrate my Grandma's 86th. It was such a great surprise because I just barely mentioned that would have Grandma there for her birthday. The cabin is set up to accept pets, kids and people in wheelchairs which makes it all the more awesome for my family. Beth is one of a kind and she treats her people like they are special. Her cabin is hands down the best rental I have ever stayed at. We all loved it so much that we are booking for next year during the summer. Donna & Renee

Great family vacation rental
Great family vacation rental. Cabin accommodated 6 adults and 2 kids very well. We'll be back! Our family really enjoyed the accommodations this rental property provided including a large fenced in yard, campfire pit and comfortable home-like environment. The property is conveniently located on an ATV access route with just a short ride to the trail, and it's close to Lake Arbutus. Friendly neighbors and good places to eat made it a stress-free vacation. Owner Beth is extremely pleasant, shares useful information to help settle in and is very considerate of your privacy.

Amazing ATV Trip!
This house was just what we wanted! Spacious and clean! Beth offered to come by and check in on us but we were too busy riding all day and had no issues that needed to be dealt with. There was 4 adults and 3 kids in our group. Plenty of room with 4 queen beds and 2 pull out couches. Huge fenced in backyard with a fire pit. Plenty of hot water for all of us to shower after a long day of riding. Free WiFi worked great. Direct access to all the trails in any direction. 4 different eating places right down the road all ATV accessible. Plenty of room to park our 2 large trailers and 7 atvs. We couldn't of been more pleased with the place. Already trying to pick a week to come back next year!

Pine Cone Cabin is an excellent vacation home for ATV, Snowmobile and sand seekers. Bring your boat, ATV's or snowmobiles! Located right off the ATV trail, with a lot large enough to park toy haulers and trailers. Cabin was completely renovated with a new kitchen, appliances, bathroom, shower, fixtures and flooring throughout. A short walk from Lake Arbutus if you are itching to get your toes in the sand or go fishing. The cabin is just a few miles from some of the state's best parks. Home features a BBQ grill, patio furniture and picnic tables, large fire pit, three bedrooms with Queen beds, one bedroom with a double bed and two pull-out queen sofa sleepers. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal for a large group. All bedding is included. Wifi and Satellite are provided for guest entertainment. Enjoy this comfortable cabin with over 8,000 feet of fenced in yard, fire pit, volley ball and yard games. A perfect cabin retreat for rest and relaxation! About The Area
Hatfield is a small town with a big lake and lots of seasonal fun! Summers are made fishing, swimming, skiing and enjoying the starry sky by a fire pit. Fall brings ATV/UTV riding to a scenic and adventurous tour on 100's of miles of prime trails! Winter snows bring snow skiing, snowmobiling and nearby Bruce Mound Ski Resort is the place to go! This cabin is located right in the middle of it all with easy access right from the driveway! Annual events like flea markets, craft shows, holiday events and more give this little town a community feel while allowing many activities throughout the year. Come, stay a bit and you won't want to go home!
House Rules
Please do not wear shoes in the interior. Do not move furniture around as this may scratch the floors. No smoking indoors. 10 MPH ATV/UTV and Snowmobile on street from driveway until you reach the trails.
