This apartment is far from the other bedrooms upstairs; good for those unable to climb stairs

Three acres, barn with gardens, and wooded acreage.....a great spot to sit on the front covered porch and relax after shopping in Manchester, skiing at Bromley, hiking the Green Mountains or fly fishing and tubing the Battenkill. 7 Minutes to Manchester Village and Equinox, 5 to Arlington and Hildene, 3 to Skyline Drive, 21 minutes to Bennington College, 21 minutes to Bromley, 28 minutes to Stratton and Magic.
House is in Sunderland and has 4 bathrooms, one of the 4 is a half bath. The twin bed in last photo has been replaced with a Queen Bed. Home became available for short term rental in 2014. Weddings (100 guests and under) are welcome on the property for an additional use fee.

Canoe down the Battenkill with Battenkill Canoe….they will outfit you and pick you up at the end of your float

Visit Historic Hildene, the summer estate of Robert Todd Lincoln, the only surviving child of President Abraham Lincoln. The beautiful mansion is open for tours year round. Walking trails wind through the beautiful grounds and gardens…in June the peonies are spectacular! There are many special programs and events throughout the year.
Visit the Northshire Bookstore, a dream destination for the whole family, with books, music, dvds, games, toys, events for everyone year round and a floor devoted to children. Enjoy a cappuccino or sandwich or homemade soup at The Spiral Press Café.
