This Victorian-style home is ideal for family reunions or large groups. It has 3 large living areas, including an open kitchen/dining/living room. The main floor has 2 living rooms, kitchen, dining room and 1/2 bath. Upstairs is a spacious master suite, with a large bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom; a second bedroom and second full bath. The basement has a living area with sleeper sofa, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry room.
Wireless internet and Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, pots and pans, crock pot, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave). All bed linens and towels provided, umbrella stroller and Pack n Play available for your use.
The wrap-around porch has seating to enjoy the red rock views and quiet neighborhood, and there is a back patio with propane grill. The large yard gives you plenty of space from the neighbors and there is a basketball hoop. There is lots of off-street parking for vehicles and ATVs. Several hiking trails are within 1/4 - 1/2 mile of the house, providing stunning views of the red rocks surrounding Kanab.

Close to many National and State Parks, hiking and ATV trails. Make this your base camp for a fun-filled week in southern Utah/northern Arizona. Kanab is central to many beautiful recreation areas. It is in the middle of the "Grand Circle" - 45 minutes from Zion National Park, 90 minutes from the Grand Canyon, 90 minutes from Bryce Canyon, 10 minutes from Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, 45 minutes from Vermillion Cliffs, 90 minutes from Lake Powell, 30 minutes from the Coral Pink Sand Dunes. It is a short drive to national forests, and many scenic views.
