The open concept house gives you unrestricted access to the fully equipped kitchen with new appliances (new stove, microwave, dish washer, Reverse Osmosis Water System) and the invitation for a cool drink and the home made meal is right there. You have all the tools you need.
On your way to the pool, you can stop in the oversize lanai with a sofa sleeper, a desk where you can connect you portable device to the free Wi Fi network. For added privacy all the lanai windows have new coverings.
The custom made pool is inviting you for a splash as soon as you open the door. The pool enclosure also provides you a BBQ grill and a patio table and chairs.
When ready for a good night sleep the master bedroom offers you a brand new King Size bed, new mattress, new TV, private bathroom, walk in closet with lots of shelf and storage.
