Andy is a great host
Andy is a great host that does an excellent job of communicating. He gave very clear directions to the property, which helped because (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps would have led us astray. The Gulfview II condos are separated from the busy-ness of the island, which for a family with 3 young kids was a good thing. We liked the easy access to the beach and sharing a parking lot with Schlitterbahn. The condo building shows signs of its age, but the unit is well maintained with everything you would need for a getaway. The pool and hot tubs were a nice addition, with one hot tub dedicated to families. The elevator is hidden in the center of the building. I wish I had known that before lugging the first load up to the third floor!

It was well worth it
This was my families first road trip beyond 4 hours and it was well worth it. I have been hesitant due to the stress of travel but Andy's availability, communication and considerations in keeping to simplifying our logistics truly made our trip over the top. First time booking a condo rental whereas it wasn't a hassle. He went above and beyond to make our checking in/out simple. We will be booking with every time we are in town. His condo has all the amenities and essentials for cooking. What rental condo has a large sized George Foreman. This rental does... :)

This place is great!
This place is great! I had my own vehicle so I was able to drive to all the key locations and if I wanted to go out I could just drive 5 mins and be at the apartment. The apartment corridor has great windy walkways, with a great inland breeze. The water park is closed during the week.. but is like 200 feet from where you stay. The host was great I didn't meet him personally but he was attentive if any needs would have come up. The beach is like 5 mins away. I did some flyboarding and went to sushi and out for drinks. Also went on sunset cruise buffets those are great too.. The apartment is clean and near everything. thanks again.

Andy was awesome!
Andy was awesome! He met us with the key and was super gracious gave us some cool places to check out and told us how to walk from the beach from the condo. It was clean inviting and the beds are super comfortable!!!! I would totally stay here again. Thank you Andy!

The condo was also very relaxing
Andy was a great host and always responded to any questions that I had. The location was perfect and close to the bridge as you come onto the island. The beach is any easy walk to get too and the pool is nice and clean. The condo was also very relaxing and was kept clean. Everyone one is the proximity was very nice

The condo was so cute
The condo was so cute and the pictures don't do it justice. It was so nice and really exceptionally clean inside. Andy met me at the condo as soon as I pulled into town and he was very nice and accommodating even when my husband and I changed our plans a little bit last minute. The condo was a very, very short walk to the beach on a paved sidewalk. The property and pool area were well-maintained and seemed to be overall pretty family friendly. We were there Memorial Day weekend and while there were a lot of people on the island, the condo area felt very relaxed and calm - no crazy parties or anything. The condo was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc and had nice updated appliances and super cold AC! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the condo

My family and I had a great stay
Communication with Andy was great. He met us right on time and everything in the condo was ready to go. My family and I had a great stay. The condo was quiet and clean. We were able to cook several meals there. Also, the condo is within convenient walking distance to the beach. That was a huge plus for us.

Two thumbs up!!
Couldn't be happier with our choice to stay at Andy's condo. Beds were comfy, great shower, cold a/c, and it was just a couple minutes walk to a premium beach spot that we had largely to ourselves. Andy was incredibly responsive, friendly, and even had suggestions when asked for food recommendations and where to watch the sunrise. Two thumbs up!! Thanks Andy

The Condo is only a short walk to the beach
We arrived and were promptly met by Andy. The Condo was as described, and the photos were accurate. The Condo is only a short walk to the beach, so this was extremely convenient for us. Close proximity to shops and restaurants was also a big plus! I would definitely stay here again. It accommodated my family of 6 without any difficulty

Andy is organized, efficient and easy. It was a great experience from start to finish. The condo is clean and uncluttered. It was quiet and convenient with all the amenities one could want. The kitchen is stocked with many utensils and plenty of cookware. We enjoyed the bay view from our balcony.
