It's those little extras that make the difference! this is a beauty! Private, Clean, Relaxing.  You want to be at the beach but not be awakened by the sun blazing at 6am through the window.  You want to enjoy beautiful sunsets and fireworks from home. Beautiful 9th floor condo - 2 bedrooms, great view overlooking the island, Laguna Madre and Texas mainland.  From the balcony, enjoy Space X, the channel, Laguna Madre, island activity and a lovely stretch of the Gulf coastline.

Here you are right on the beach while also feeling the island vibe.

Gated parking, private beach access, hot tub and pool as well, WiFi, sauna, elevator, 24-hr security, coin laundry. No smoking, no pets. It is my goal to provide you with a carefree, clean and comfy vacation!   I know what it is like to rent from afar with mixed results.  Let me allay your concerns.

Great for 1 - 4 people.  Accommodations are 1 King bed, one Twin, and one Twin trundle.  I also have a Kid Cot suitable for a child under age 5.  Maximum occupancy = 4 over age 5, plus one under age 5.

  I am a hands-on owner who continually works to update and upgrade the condo for you.  I live on the island half the year and have very good assistants when I am not here.   A great find in an excellent location.

All of your basic household items are here: sheets, toweling, kitchenware, pots & pans, cleaning supplies.  Additionally, I have some soaps, shampoo, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels.  If you use all the consumables on hand, you may purchase more at the local CVS or Dollar Tree easily enough.     I also have small beach/pool towels on hand; bring bigger ones if that's what you prefer.

Available Memorial Day to Labor Day, and mid-December through March.

About The Area

South Padre Island is a vacation haven!  Suitable for the adventurous or the contemplative person, there is something for everyone here including fishing and water sports, bay cruises, dinner cruises, jet ski, deep sea fishing, horseback riding, dolphin watching tours, segueys, restaurants, spas, sky diving, or the ever popular beach combing.    

House Rules

No parties permitted; only named guests can join you at the property as this is home, not a hotel.  Maximum 5 persons permitted in the condo at any time.   During peak seasons, renters must wear wristbands upon arrival.  Wristbands are free unless lost.  Desk charges $$ for replacement. These are to identify actual guests from interlopers for the safety of all the guests and owners.  A full list of property rules will be sent to you as a google form doc for you to review and approve upon booking the property.  

Renter agrees: to fully complete on-line contract and abide by Aquarius and owner rules.

Suitability

The condo is a very relaxing place to enjoy proximity to the beach and to the city offerings.  This space is not adapted for wheelchair bound persons.    Most furniture is rated to 250 lbs.      Elevator or stairs to the 9th floor.
