I just want to thank you Andy. We had a wonderful stay. The house is awesome and the location of the house is great. Close to shopping, restaurants, the bay and the beach. Andy reply quickly when I asked a question even with him being out of town. Can't wait to go back again and take my grandbabies next time.

I surely will consider booking again and again!
All preparations were completed before we arrived and part of our group got there early and welcomed to the property! From that point, everyone was impressed with overall condition and easy to get comfortable. The pool was a welcoming us and our family reunion had officially begun! Our host was in contact prior to and available for any questions or concerns during the whole time we were there! All appliances were in working order and extremely clean! We had a little emergency our second morning and after a brief phone call, the owner had arranged for all the necessary fixit while we were out to see the Dolphins. No worries for our entire group! I would encourage any 3 to 4 family groups to check this property out!! I surely will consider booking again and again!

The space
The price quoted on this site is for all four properties but please verify the price before booking as price may be different from what is quoted. I have a 3 story duplex that has two houses, and each house is a separate price. In addition, there is an apartment and a pool side bedroom. I can rent only one house to a family but I cannot do this until 30 days before arrival as I try to accommodate big family gatherings. I can also rent one house on a monthly basis during the time of Dec, Jan and Feb.
House A: 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, full kitchen, dining & living room, washer/dryer, WiFi
House B: 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, full kitchen, dining & living room, washer/dryer, WiFi
Additional:
Apartment: 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, living/dining room, WiFi, $75 per night
Pool side bedroom: 1 bedroom, 1 bath, Wifi, $50 per night
If you rent both houses and the apartment, you will have the property all to yourself but if you only rent one house, there is a chance that the other house and/or apartment on the property may be rented. There is no cleaning fee but a deposit is required.
The duplex is 1 block off of the Gulf of Mexico, located in the middle of South Padre Island. It is within walking distance to the beach, entertainment district, numerous restaurants, etc. There is a swimming pool in the back of the duplex with a back yard. One house was renovated in April 2015.
On a separate property, there is also a 1 bedroom condo for 6 located near Schlitterbahn available for rent. It is also within walking distance from the beach. FRESHLY PAINTED, NICELY FURNISHED --The condo itself is light and airy, creating an open living and dining space in addition to having a sofa bed for additional sleeping. The impeccably, well-maintained complex has a large beautiful pool and BBQ area with covered picnic areas, on-site laundry, and an elevator for convenience in getting groceries and beach toys to the 3rd floor. Schlitterbahn is a water resort next door which is good for a stay-n-play vacation, as well as just around the corner from shopping and fine restaurant dining experience!!
This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island Permit No.
Please review the bed sizes to make sure your party can sleep comfortably.
The pool is set up as also having a hot tub but it is non-working.
Guest access
The entire house is available. During the days of July 17th to the 20th, my property only has available one house and apartment as the other house has been reserved.
Interaction with guests
I live and work in the area so available if there are any issues.
Other things to note
House has beach toys, kayaks, umbrellas, etc that other guests have left for you.
