Small, clean, in a quiet neighborhood
I was in town for a few months for work and this location was wonderful for that purpose. Small, clean, in a quiet neighborhood with a nice running trail around a park a block away. Within a 20 minute drive of most places in the city, within ten minutes of Riverwalk and downtown (20 by bicycle). Jule and Raquel were responsive to any concerns about the unit or questions about the city, and they were very accommodating when I had to change my move-in and move-out dates. I would stay with them again without question. If you stay at this property, take a walk over to the taco place on Zarzamora, they are delicious!

It's located an easy drive from downtown
A lovely villa with beautiful furnishings and the most comfortable bed in the history of ever! It's a great space for business travelers who don't want to be cramped in a hotel room. It's located an easy drive from downtown, but nestled in a quiet neighborhood, so you can escape the busy traffic of San Antonio. Wonderful!

Very good and nice.
Host is very nice and we felt warm welcome. Host prepared small snack, write a welcome note on the refrigerate. room is very clean and comfortable.

Very cute one bedroom villa. Close to Deco District, 5 min from downtown/Riverwalk. 3.5 miles from Pearl Brewery District. 12 min from Medical Center. Beautiful Woodlawn Lake with pool, park and walking trails at the end of street.

Cute, fully furnished one-bedroom Villa. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

You are free to use the pavilion and bbq pit. Please be respectful of other guests. Please clean up after yourself. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in a trashcan
