Cute 1 bdrm loft (approx 525 sf) in duplex. Nice quiet older neighborhood. Covered parking & private entrance. Located 5.5 mls. from downtown and the Riverwalk, 12 min. to Med. Ctr, and 5.5 miles from popular Pearl Brewery District.
Guest access
We do not live on the premises. There will be a lockbox on your back door. I will text you the combo on the day you are scheduled to arrive.
Interaction with guests
Please do not disturb guests who live in the front main house. You doors are located on the right side and back side of the house. The picnic table and bbq pit are to be shared w/the other guest. You have your own covered and marked parking spot
