ALL NEW KITCHEN APPLIANCES IN "SLATE" or "BLACK STAINLESS": LG Gas Range and OTR Microwave, KitchenAid DW, New Samsung Top-loading Washer and Sideloader Dryer, and a 24.5 Cubic Foot Side-By-Side Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice and Water Dispenser. Plus Newly installed Hickory Laminate in All three Bedrooms and Den, Brand new propane BBQ grill and H-P Printer provided.
Third Bedroom could be configured as a Home Office if Requested, complete with office supplies and printer paper.

Bills paid include ALL Utilities (Electric, gas, water, trash and sewer), Internet WIFI, Cable/Satellite TV; Lawn care. This home is Centrally located in Pflugerville within minutes of a SuperWalmart, and Stone Hill Center Shopping, both Toll Roads 130 and 45 w/ access to South Austin, F-1 and 290 in 20 Min!
Master Bath includes both a 6-Jet Jacuzzi Tub plus a tiled shower, Double Sink Double Vanity plus Makeup Station with Seat and Walk In Master Closet with new Hickory Laminate.
Since rent covers in excess of 50% of normal everyday expenses, including utilities, Cable / Satellite TV, Internet/WIFI, printer, furnishings, lawn care, dishes (pots and pans, flatware, bed linens, pillows, towels, etc.), either covered per diem or $5500 combined gross monthly income suggested guideline to qualify, exceptions considered. "Docile breed" dogs under 15 lbs. are acceptable with a $200 non-refundable security deposit. We will install a small doggie door by request with a signed lease. Due to HOA restrictions, if a corporate rental, no more than five (5) unrelated individuals with 3 vehicles total will be allowed to stay under the lease. This home is Wheelchair Accessible, with all Tile and New Laminate Flooring and WIDE Hallways!
