Great place!!! Loved it!
We had 10 that stayed here for Christmas. The kids loved the pool (too cold for me) and the hot tub! They also loved the rope swing and kayaks. We also enjoyed fishing off the dock and playing badminton. The outside cooking area was great. The beds were comfortable and the house clean. We will stay again in the future!

Slice of Texas paradise!!
I stayed @ the High Bank ranch for 5 days and the compete experience was awesome! The property was so clean and well kept. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail; The sheets, towels, cooking utensils, appliances were all top notch. I really loved the multiple head shower unit!! The best part is the water! The river was impressive and so refreshing, I felt like a kid again on the rope swing! The pool and the hot tub we so nice and really a focal point of the property. The outdoor kitchen and living room were perfect! Great big TV and comfortable furniture. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone I can't wait to come back!! *My group played several rounds of golf at local courses( within 10 miles) all were affordable and fun. Diamond Among Jewels
My family and I travel back to the midwest for a family lake trip every year. We've been doing that for the last 20 years and have stayed at some amazing properties. However, nothing (and I mean "nothing") has come even close to this property. A great friend of mine was able to lock this ranch down for a long weekend golf trip at the end of February. We flew into Austin (super cheap flight from Denver) and were able to get to the ranch in around 45 minutes. As much as it seems that you are not close to anything, much like the suburbs, you are as close to everything you need. Groceries are a 10 minute drive; San Antonio is 30 minutes away; and Austin is a 45 minute drive. You have Bandit Golf Course which is a 5 minute drive and literally located across the river. For those families wanting to go to Schlitterbahn Waterpark, you are only a 20 minute drive. Yet, once you get to the ranch, you might as well forget about going to either any of those attractions as this place has EVERYTHING you need! Huge cattle property entrance with two gates just to get to the ranch itself. The stable is right next to the guest house in which several horses roam. There's an open sided garage which is in the middle of the ranch house that provides shelter for the vehicle but displays a gorgeous open aesthetic view. As you start unloading your luggage, you walk into a pristine landscaped yard with a beautifully crafted extended "outdoor living" villa accompanied with a full gourmet kitchen, 70" TV for entertainment, and game room. Don't forget about the climate control pooled and hot tub. The actual ranch house itself is brand new and comes with a full guest bedroom with amazing views of the southern portion of the property. The kitchen is great sized with all the necessities (new fridge, sink, dishwasher, etc.). The main room is large and set in with four custom-built full size bunk beds. Yes, I said full size bunk beds. The bunk beds can easily sleep 8 in that room alone. The master overlooks the northern side of the property with great views of the stable. Last, but surely not least, is the river additions to the property. As you make way down to the river bank, there is a built in rustic open bar (looks like something you would see at a resort) where family and friends can make cocktails while watching those in the river. The river bank has a decent size dock and comes with a rope swing which is quite handy for some epic pictures! This property is a diamond among jewels. It's extremely well taken care of and primed for many memories to be made. As cliche as it may sound, and something you see all the time on vacation rental reviews, this statement is bold and true to this property. I certainly hope to make our way back to the High Bank Ranch!

Texas Sanctuary
Where to start... My group had one of the most amazing stays in this brand-new, beautiful retreat. Situated on an amazing piece of property, the High Bank Ranch is truly a slice of paradise. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor living/kitchen areas are all you need for a relaxing and fun time! Although this is the centerpiece of the property, there is much more to enjoy. You are just steps away from a refreshing river to cool off in on those hot TX days. We hung out of the dock and used the rope swing for hours. This was the perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy some cocktails. The house is nothing short of amazing. Beautifully furnished with 5 star amenities & incredibly comfortable beds! This was without a doubt one of the most incredible, worry-free vacations I have had. Our group will be making this an annual trip to High Bank Ranch. If you are looking to stay in the area, look no further; this place is AMAZING! I cannot wait to return!!!

Guadalupe River frontage. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath (sleeps 11) with Private Pool and awesome outdoor living space. This listing is a standalone pool house complex that is part of Listing # 4445254. All outdoor amenities are still available and private to you the renter.
When you first arrive to High Bank Pool House you will immediately see why we are the destination for family get-togethers and Guadalupe river fun with the renowned area attractions of New Braunfels, TX only 5 miles away. You can begin your day with poolside coffee highlighted by the sound of waterfalls and a cool breeze. When the kids get going we have the best tree swing on Lake McQueeney, volleyball/badminton, yard games, and pool. The day only gets better in the first class kitchen built in 2016 (grill, gas oven/stove, cocktail bar sink, ice maker, and fridge) the aroma from the Pizza Oven and the 70 in. tv in the outdoor living space. Plenty of room for our guests to spread out, large driveway, and privacy galore on 63 acres.
