With 140 feet of waterfront you can fish, ski, and swim right from the backyard, dock, and retaining wall. The backyard has plenty of area for sitting, eating, or playing your favorite games. With large porch areas to sit, relax, eat, and enjoy being 20' from the water.
CCC provides two master suites with king size beds in both. There are 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom and 1 queen in the 4th. The king master suites also offer one single daybed and a single fold out sofa in the other. This layout allows 12 people to be in beds. For the larger groups two Queen size blowups can be provided. Groups up to 18 are allowed.
You'll definitely enjoy all that New Braunfels, Gruene, and the Hill Country have to offer. The Guadalupe and Comal Rivers are great places to float and hang out!
