We had a wonderful stay during our regional baseball tournament. The owner was more than accommodating and the house was perfect for our team. We stayed in touch with the owner during our stay and he was awesome. A great place to relax. We are hoping to qualify for regional s again next year and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!
We had a great stay at Blue Sky. The cabin accommodated our very large group and the property fit our needs perfectly. Being right on Lake Dunlap, we especially liked the location of the property. Half of our crew never even left the property and simply swam/floated right off the shore by the cabin. The property was close enough, however, to all the attractions of New Braunfels, and the other half of our crew enjoyed the more traditional style of tubing. We will definitely be looking to come back to this property in years to come.

Great Place to Stay!!
This home was the perfect place to stay. It is only about a three mile drive to float the Comal river and is easily accessible and right off of the highway. The home is cozy and we absolutely loved the layout of the property. The river access and rope swing was a lot of fun for our group. The downstairs gameroom was an awesome area for us to play games, grill and rest. We took our tubes down to the river and tied up to the posts and enjoyed our relaxing view and area for hours. We had a wonderful stay here and we will definitely be back with our friends who also enjoyed the stay and will bring our families next time.

Family vacation
The grandchildren and the family had a wonderful time swiming and fishing.The fish were bitting.The water skiing was awesome.The home was very comfortable and meet all our needs.This home made it where the whole family could get together in one spot.Hope to make this a yearly event.Thanks for making this place available.We spent a day at Schlitterbahn.Great place for fun with all ages.Greune had Great night entertainment.

Other homes available if this doesn't fit your needs, please inquire. Blue Sky offers the absolute best water the Guadalupe has to offer. Cleaner, cooler water than those down river. Constant Level area. No marshy or shallow waters here. Also, constant level even during droughts. Great for fishing too. Close to everything in town. This home has 5 Queens with 2 Bunk beds (1-Double over Double and 1-Double with Single over it) as well as a Queen sleeper sofa and 1 Futon. Enjoy gaming in the downstairs area. New Braunfels and Gruene are some of the most beautiful areas in the Hill Country. During your stay you will enjoy the Guadalupe River which is also close to the Comal River. Floating outfitters, Schlitterbahn, and the Comal Chute are just 2 miles from this home. Downtown New Braunfels is only 1.5 miles. You will be close to everything New Braunfels has to offer when you stay at Blue Sky!
You can see beautiful lake scenes in both directions and even float right up to this property or just enjoy hanging out, swimming, floating, or fishing right from the property.
