I can't say enough good things about this wonderful place!! We had a family wedding with out-of-state family and friends and the house was ideal!! We walked into a wonderful, open area that was great for us to visit; there were fresh flowers to welcome us; there was a delicious cake for celebrating, and we did celebrate; and the rooms accommodated everyone easily. Michelle was delightful to work with; quick replies to all questions, and so gracious. I know that everyone there was amazed and delighted with this house and I am so grateful it was available because it made a wonderful event even better!! I can't thank Michelle enough for allowing us to stay in this home and make it ours for almost a week. Just perfect!!

Perfect for weekend Wedding
My son was married in McKinney and all the Groomsmen were coming from out of town and we needed a place for everyone to stay. Instead of renting out 6 or 7 hotel rooms we rented Pecan Grove and it was perfect for our needs. Everyone had a bed and the house was a great place to hang out between the rehearsal and the main event the next day. It was perfectly located for both events. It was a nice touch that the fridge was stocked with an assortment of food items and a cake for celebrating the happy couples wedding. I would highly recommend this house for large gatherings. Michelle was great to work with and provided very clear directions for the property.

Outstanding!!
Michelle and Chris have been nothing but amazing hosts for our multiple stays in this property! We have stayed at this property 6 times for 2 weeks at a time. Great secluded location, close to McKinney for all your shopping needs. Plenty of space to throw a football or kick a soccer ball around. Very comfortable beds! We will 100% for sure be calling Michelle if we come back to stay in the McKinney area!

Perfect place for family gathering
This property is perfect for a large family gathering. We hosted my mother's 80th birthday in the dining and living area. There are lots of bedrooms and 4 baths. The kitchen is stocked with cooking tools. Two microwaves. Two freezers. Large deck and room outside for kids to run. We didn't get to meet Michelle in person, but she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home including providing a delicious birthday cake and champagne. The home is being updated and there were a few things that needed to be addressed. Michelle responded most promptly and was very attentive to our needs. Shes the best.

This is a full time guest home. It sits on 2 acres surrounded by Pecan, Magnolia and Crepe Myrtle trees. There are 5 bedroom and 4 baths. The hall bath is handicap accessible. One of the baths has a 65 jetted tub. The kitchen is full furnished with everything you will need for feeding a large group. There is plenty of room for socializing inside and outside. The great room brings large groups together in one place, the kitchen is the heart of the activities. Outside there is a deck that is 23 x 25, with lighting.
There is plenty of parking for 8+ cars, use of the entire house, washer and dryer available for weekly and monthly guests only. The house is approximately 3,500 sq feet and the deck is 23 feet x 25 feet with outdoor lighting.
The host doesn't live on site but is always available by phone text or call.
The home is 4 miles from downtown McKinney. 30 miles from downtown Dallas, 62 miles to the Oklahoma border
