Estate boasts over seven acres and includes a private lake and gazebo. Chef's dream kitchen has Wolf range, double ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerator plus wine and beverage fridge. It's fully outfitted with every kitchen tool you'll need, and offers an amply stocked walk-in pantry as well. Great room has 52' flat screen HD TV and panoramic view of private lake. Free Wi-Fi and AT&T U-verse. A full-sized media room has a 110' full-screen projector.
Downstairs master bedroom has king-sized pillow-top bed and a 52' flat screen TV. The massive master bath has double shower heads plus jets, and a dry sauna. The other four bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs. One has a queen bed, elliptical machine and the adjoining bath includes steam shower function. The other three upstairs bedrooms and additional full bath will accommodate every guest in style with fresh linens, deluxe beds and spacious rooms. Other amenities include foosball table, fishing tackle (lake is stocked with tilapia-fed bass and large catfish), parking for at least seven cars, and a newly installed back patio with firepit and rain curtain.
House is just 13 miles from Texas Stadium and Rangers Ballpark, and it's an easy drive. Parking on Stadium Drive also is available. Tailgating encouraged.
This is a Texas-styled house with a very open floor plan. Trophy deer mounts, along with exotic African game, are located throughout the house. Separate 20 acre horse property with arena, round pen and 2 stalls in a show barn available if needed.
