GENERAL INFORMATION
This is a splendid, fully and tastefully furnished luxury condo located on ISLAND on LAKE TRAVIS - a luxurous, serene, and breathtaking villa located in Lago Vista, Texas. Get ready to be refreshed! The condo is fully furnished, with the space designed to accommodate up to 4 with a queen size bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy access to free covered parking, pools and hot tubs, dry saunas, fitness center, spa and massage services, restaurants, tennis, picnic/ grill spots, great quality golf course, wineries, marina, biking/hiking trails, etc. Also enjoy proximity to Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, etc., with a galore of entertainment, shopping, restaurants, etc.
Boat slips (24' x 10' and 30' x 12' sizes) are also available on request for an additional cost of $35 per night.
ABOUT THE CONDO
This 426 sqft condo is located on the Island on Lake Travis. It is absolutely spendid, and has beautiful amenities to make your stay most comfortable and refreshing. Fully and tastfully furnished to meet almost all comfort needs.
Access is with a door code (which is sent 2 days prior to arrival), so no need for keys.
In the condo is a GUEST INFORMATION DIRECTOY - a great informative resource about the condo, Island on Lake Travis, and Lago vista - to make your stay as fulfilling, and as independent as possible.
ABOUT ISLAND on LAKE TRAVIS
The ISLAND on LAKE TRAVIS is a breathtaking beautiful, serene, and luxurious villa on Lake Travis. It is the only lake island in the great state of Texas. It is a perfect getaway for relaxation, watercrafting/leisure, adventure, honeymoon, events, etc. It is very safe, with friendly residents.
Access is with a gate code, which is sent 2 days to arrival.
Within the Island, you can enjoy the following amenities:
POOLS & HOT-TUBS: Enjoy 2 outdoor swimming pools, and an indoor full size heated swimming pool - all with hot-tubs.
DRY SAUNA: There is also dry sauna rooms available, with access to locker rooms.
FITTNESS CENTER/GYM: Enjoy free access to our fully equipped gym, overlooking the lake.
SALOON & SPA: There is a Day Spa and Saloon with Massage services available on the island. Hours are Friday (1pm to 5pm), and Saturday (9am to 3pm). Appointment necessary.
TENNIS COURTS: There are 2 beautiful tennis courts onsite. Tennis Racquets and balls have been provided in your condo.
RESTAURANT: Haven on Lake Travis is a restaurant on the island and is open on Thursdays to Saturdays (5pm to 10pm), and Sunday (10am to 2pm). The selection and meals are enjoyable.
WATER CRAFTS/BOATING, FISHING, etc.: Lake Travis is perfect for water crafting. There are marina access on the island, with local 3rd party boat rental services available in the area.
BARBECUE & GRILL PITS: Barbecue grill pits and picnic table are for your enjoyment.
INTERNET: Free internet is also available in the Commons area in the island.

ABOUT LAGO VISTA
Lago Vista is nestled in the gorgeous Texas hill county. You will love its sub Mediterranean-like environment, with surrounding attractions including amazing parks & campsites ( Arrowhead point park, Arkansas Bend park, Balcones Canyon lands National Wildlife Refuge, etc.), biking/hiking trails, bird watching reserves, golf courses, wineries, marinas/water crafting/boating, etc.
You'll have easy access to Round Rock (~20 miles), Cedar Park (~14 miles), Austin (~ 30 miles), etc - all bigger cities with an outstanding array of shopping, entertainment, etc. Marble Falls is only 33 miles away, and is a beautiful and scenic drive through several parks and reserves.
HOUSE RULES
1. No smoking allowed. Please, know that smoking in front of the condo is not allowed as it does waft back into the condo.
2. No pets allowed. Sorry.
3. Primary guest must be age 18 or above. .
4. Please, reduce noise to respect other residents.
5. Glass containers are not allowed near and around the pools. There is a community fine of $1000 for violators, and is strictly enforced.
6. Kids aged 16 or less must be accompanied at all times around the pool.
7. The white towels are never to be taken out of the condo at anytime. There are swimming pool towels available in the closet.
In general, handle items within and around the condo with care, just as you would your own home. This honors your host, fellow oncoming guests, and our gracious housekeeper, and also ensures your security deposit is returned fully and hassle-free.
