We try to make your stay with us as easy, comfortable and enjoyable as possible by providing surprising amenities (Nutri-Bullet blender, KitchenAid stand mixer, Keurig K-Cup Machine, 4K Ultra-HD TV's with cable, Smart Blu-Ray players on each TV, plush towels, various throw blankets, board games, and every kitchen utensil we think would make your stay amazing). Very comfortably sleeps 6 and is completely renovated to complement the great view of the lake from a private balcony. Free parking, too!
The extra plush towels, super comfortable beds and PLENTY of room to cook and hang out with family or friends make for the perfect getaway! View the lake from nearly every room in the condo and listen to the water crash against the rocks when boats go by- it's so calming! You will feel right at home and enjoy being treated to many on-island amenities such as 2 outdoor pools and hot tubs, one large indoor pool and hot tub, on island spa, on-island restaurant, tennis courts overlooking the lake(!!), barbecue area overlooking the lake, great walking/hiking trails and an overall relaxing feel through the entire Island on Lake Travis. As you walk around and experience all of the different courtyards you will feel total peace while listening to the various fountains.
The lake is beautiful, but it is not a constant level lake. If you are looking to bring a boat, we highly suggest checking the lake levels through the LCRA for Lake Travis (Mansfield). Boat Ramps are open when the level is below 679' MSL (mean sea level) and Boat Parking is open when lake levels are below 675' MSL.
Located just west of Austin, the Island on Lake Travis offers direct access to the lake with great amenities like tennis courts, spa, gym, indoor/outdoor swimming pools and restaurants. Enjoy the atmosphere of being on the lake while only being a short drive to many of the best things Austin has to offer. While staying at the lake be sure to explore the many options for hiking or boat rentals while receiving 10% off when you book with us!!

-Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. Fine of $500 plus expenses incurred, including any rental revenue from dates we have to block off or move/ cancel guests.
-People other than those in the guests party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
-All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
-Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
-Only use appliances for their intended uses
-Pets are NOT allowed anywhere on the property- $500 fine + $25/day.
