Great restaurants, wine bars, music venues, parks, and antique shops are within walking distance. The pool is perfect for families and Houston's vibrant downtown is only a 5-minute ride away.
The Condo is recently remodeled and outfitted with comfortable furnishings and bedrooms, this is sure to be your home away from home! The master bedroom has a king size bed with an I-Comfort Sealy mattress. 2 twin beds make the 2nd bedroom perfect for 2 adults or children. Each bedroom has a private bathroom that is just a step from the bedroom. The mattresses and pillows have waterproof Allergen protection covers. All linens/towels are provided, along with starter shampoo, conditioner & lotion.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless appliances -range, microwave, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator with filtered water/ice, other small appliances and utensils. The dining room and living are next to each other in a 'open' floor plan arrangement, with the kitchen next to the dining. Some spices, oil & coffee are provided to get you started.
The living room has comfortable seating and HDTV with u-verse and plenty of sports channels! There is wireless access, a security system and washer/dryer.
The condo complex is very small with just 19 other units and there is a controlled access gate to the property. There is also a pool just steps from our place, great for cooling off in these warm summer days!
