Wow! This house is BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN!!! Every detail was thought about. It was by far the BEST rental we have ever stayed in. Jackie was amazing to work with. She's very good at communicating quickly and with hospitably. Our family has not stopped talking about our time at the beach house....truly wonderful! I searched and searched on VRBO and so happy we picked this house. We will most definitely plan another trip back!

Beautiful home that is perfect for entertaining!
Beautiful top of the line finishes though out the home. Loved the extra long island and dining table... it was perfect for cooking and serving up our meals. Fully stocked kitchen. Also loved the arrangement in the kitchen/living room area...We were able to be together whether watching basketball, playing cards and dominos at the table with the doors open to the patio with a glass of wine. Fabulous view of the ocean. Our only regret was that is was cold over Spring Break so we didn't do much in the water or sand. Kids played football and frisbee with sweatshirts on! Thank you Jackie for making our stay so warm and taking care of every last detail! We will definitely be back when it is warmer!

Property was perfect for our family! We had a Griswold Christmas complete with t shirts, reindeer antlers, noses and lots more! We have never seen such a well used space for the square footage! Perfect for entertaining. I'll bet if we lived down there we would be good friends with the owners. We were very sad to leave! It was idyllic!! The Hrncir's

Dream Come True!!
Having never rented a beach home before, we weren't quite sure what to expect, but this fabulous home was everything we had dreamed of and more! It was our first family vacation with grandkids - there were a total of 4 families with little ones ages 3 months to 9 - and each family was able to have their own room. We couldn't believe how perfect everything was: from the access to the beach, to the beautiful furnishings, to the kitchen with everything you could possibly need, to the garage stocked with toys and beach accessories! My family loved playing the "Red Necked Golf" game they found in the garage, along with the small swimming pool for the kids to splash in. It was so easy to walk to the beach from the back door, and we were able to even drive our truck on the beach to carry the numerous chairs, toys, and cabana cover. Since we were there over the 4th of July, we could sit on the back porch and see fireworks in all directions. The floor plan worked out perfectly for our family - especially with the large closets that were big enough to put a pack and play in for the babies to sleep! Everything was so roomy! And having a separate laundry room where we could do laundry was a bonus! The owner was so quick to respond to my numerous emails prior to our arrival (we were excited and had lots of questions). The home was extremely clean when we arrived - no complaints whatsoever. We went into town one morning to buy fresh seafood to cook on the grill - but other than that, we didn't even leave! There is a Wal-Mart in town (about 20 minutes away) for anything you need. We will definitely be back!

This home is beautiful !!
The open floor plan is able to accommodate family and friends comfortably. The wide open kitchen, dining and living room are perfect for family entertainment . To top it off, every room enjoys a view of the water as you listen to the waves come in from the shore.
Master Bedroom is located upstairs featuring king size with deck for sitting shared by a guest room. The second master bedroom is downstairs with a queen size bed. There's a great bunk room upstairs for the kiddos or adults young at heart. All bedrooms have TV for when your ready to relax and unwind until the next day!
You'll enjoy the deck space.. where you can choose to catch some rays sunbathing or enjoy a meal outdoors under a covered deck.
Basic Linens are included: All bedding will have sheets with the beds made and towels and washcloths for showers. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
About The Area
Everyone LOVES this part of Galveston Island. It is great for gulf fishing, you can drive on the beach however it is about 14 miles from town so it does not get very busy.
House Rules
MINIMUM AGE: 25 upon arrival we will check drivers license and take picutre of the drivers license and the vechile.
We do not rent to prom, graduations, weddings or any large parties. This is for friends/family of no more than 14 guest.

This home is suitable for family/friends vacationing.
