As a part of choosing A Stay Above The Rest, you will receive FREE tickets every day for various attractions around the island. These activities include Schlitterbahn Waterpark, an Escape Room Experience, Ocean Star Oil Rig Museum, Fishing on the Pier, Beach Bike Rental and an Ice Cream Cone for each day of your stay! All tickets are per paid night stay and cover one adult ticket price only.
Aside from the things the complex offers (2 pools- 1 heated, easy beach access and beautiful grounds), you will have every amenity and comfort of home, because we believe why do without when you're on vacation?? The towels are thick and plush and we've spared no detail for our guests! This condo sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the bedroom, bunk beds custom made to be as wide as Casa Del Mar (complex) allows, and a super comfy sleeper sofa in the family room that we've added a memory foam topper on! This space is fully utilized and provides maximum counter space by supplying a drawer fridge/freezer combination in the kitchen and extra built-in fridge in the dry bar area (with every glass you could need- margarita, martini, wine, shot, copper mugs, coffee mugs, etc.).
$20 parking fee, which covers up to 2 cars for the entire duration of your stay.

Hurricane/ Storm Policy: If there is an evacuation, we will refund!!! We strongly suggest for all travelers to purchase traveler insurance and can recommend good companies to go with at an inexpensive rate!

-People other than those in the guest's party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
-All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

-Only use appliances for their intended uses
