Our objective is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible by providing surprising amenities (Ninja blender, KitchenAid stand mixer, Keurig K-Cup Machine, 4K Ultra-HD TV's, Bamboo pillows, board games, stocked spice rack, and every kitchen utensil we think would make your stay amazing). The condo comfortably sleeps 6 and has been completely refurbished to expand the kitchen, incorporate a dry-bar and update all furnishings. It's centrally located within walking distance to many amazing restaurants, shops, and multiple grocery stores while also providing a front-row view of the beach and pier.
We have put every extra detail we could think of for your stay; including a built-in TV in the bunk bed area with a Smart Blu-ray player. You will feel right at home in this unit while being treated to extra-plush towels, super comfortable beds, plenty of room to cook and hang out with family or friends, and a brand new pack-n-play if a kiddo isn't big enough for the bunk beds yet.
As part of the complex, you get TWO swimming pools (one is heated), a cool spa, BBQ area, and coin washer and dryers on the 1st and 3rd floors.

All tickets are per paid night stay and cover one adult ticket price only.

Failure to adhere to any and all of the rental rules may result in a fee or fine.
-Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. Fine of $500 plus expenses incurred, including any rental revenue from dates we have to block off or move/ cancel guests.
-People other than those in the guest's party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
-All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
-Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
-Only use appliances for their intended uses
-Pets are NOT allowed anywhere on the property- $500 fine + $25/day.
