Come stay in this beachy fun condo full of everything you could possibly need! Completely remodeled with our guests in mind! Walking distance to so much and super easy beach access right in front of the condo complex! Enjoy the 2 pools, 1 heated, and beautiful award-winning grounds at the complex. The moment you walk in the door of this front-facing condo you will see the beach!! You'll also love the sight of the flamingos, pineapples, sea turtles, sea horses, stingrays and many other sea creatures in this crazy fun condo!!
As part of the A Stay Above The Rest family, this condo comes with tons of extras including huge Smart UltraHD TV's with free Netflix and Blu-ray players, built-in TV with Netflix in the bunk bed bottom bunk and every kitchen appliance and gadget we could think of - a Keurig, coffee maker, Ninja blender, Crockpot, Kitchenaid mixer, drawer fridge/freezer with an extra under the counter fridge for maximum counter space and a fully stocked custom dry bar with every kind of glass you could need! Sleeps 6 (4 adults, 2 kids recommended) with a queen in the bedroom, queen sleeper sofa (added memory foam topper- very comfortable!!) and bunk beds in the hallway. The bathroom is accessible through the hallway and the bedroom. We have even widened the bunk beds to the maximum width for fire code at the Casa Del Mar complex (more narrow than a twin- best for kids).
As a part of choosing A Stay Above The Rest, you will receive FREE tickets every day for various attractions around the island. These activities include Schlitterbahn Waterpark, an Escape Room Experience, Ocean Star Oil Rig Museum, Fishing on the Pier, Beach Bike Rental and an Ice Cream Cone for each day of your stay! All tickets are per paid night stay and cover one adult ticket price only.
$20 parking fee, which covers up to 2 cars for the entire duration of your stay.

Failure to adhere to any and all of the rental rules may result in a fee or fine.
-Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. Fine of $500 plus expenses incurred, including any rental revenue from dates we have to block off or move/ cancel guests.
-People other than those in the guest's party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
-All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
-Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
-Only use appliances for their intended uses
-Pets are NOT allowed anywhere on the property- $500 fine + $25/day.
