We had a fabulous memorable vacation with our family, children and grandchildren. Even though it rained everyday, there was time in between to enjoy the beach and the water. House was well equipped for every age. Jay was very accommodating on everything. There were lots of beach toys and did some great castle building and sand sculptures. We can't wait to go again and stay in the yellow house.

Yellow House is a family tradition!
Our second summer week in Yellow House was wonderful. The house continues to be well maintained, well appointed, comfortable, beautiful, and situated on a stretch of beach that is practically private! The owner, Jay is always available and comes by to check on our satisfaction. For our family of 13, this house has every convenience and comfort for a delightful beach vacation!

Beautiful house right on the beach
We stayed here with 6 small kids and 6 adults, and it was perfect for us. The house was in excellent condition and had everything we needed.

This is a new Beachfront home located in Miramar Beach subdivision and was finished in January 2014. This home has unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and you can see the breaking waves on the beach from every room in the house. Step out on the deck and hear the breaking waves anytime of the day. You are only a few steps from the beach. The views are amazing!
Large parties, prom, graduation and weddings are not welcome at this property. Our home is setup for family vacations and friendly get togethers.
The home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are two Master Suites with their own private bathroom. The two Master Suites feature king beds, comfortable new memory foam mattresses, Egyptian cotton sheets and 40 inch HD TV’s. The third bedroom has a King bed and the best view of the beach. In total, there are 3 King beds, 2 full beds and 6 twin beds which can sleep a total of 16 comfortably. All of the furniture, mattresses and furnishings were purchased in February of 2014.
The kitchen has granite countertops throughout, stainless steal appliances and plenty of room to cook your gourmet meals for your family. You will have everything you need to make and prepare your meals.
The large dining room table and bar can seat 11 at once, giving you plenty of space to have your family meals. On the 2nd & 3rd story decks, we have a teak table for 6 and 8 adirondack chairs with cushions. The views are amazing from the 3rd story deck. You can sit on the 2nd or 3rd story deck and watch or kids play on the beach, your that close.
Miramar Beach subdivision maintains and cleans the beaches during high season every two weeks. Miramar beach doesn’t allow cars to drive on the beaches unlike other beaches in Galveston. Definitely a huge perk.
Outside on the ground level, we have a covered wooded deck with two oversized picnic tables facing the beach that seat 16. There is a new private shower to rinse off the sand before you go back in the house.
A newly constructed pergola with some shade will give you a front row seat to the beach. You will want to sit out here all day long.
We have a heavy duty outdoor coal BBQ grill to cook up your meals and serve them out on the picnic tables.
