Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe and quiet well established custom home neighborhood suburb of Dallas, just 12-15 minutes drive south of downtown Dallas and 20 minutes from the Cowboys and Rangers stadiums in Arlington. The best thing about this neighborhood is the open fresh air and huge mature trees. The neighborhood sits on a ridge and rides high compared to other areas of the Metroplex with a nice breeze most of the time. What stands out is how much green there is and all the song birds and colorful birds in the area. Also there is a very nice park with a creek, playground, and lots of walking areas. Walking distance and sidewalks to the post office, banks, grocery stores, pharmacy, and restaurants/bars!
You will have access to the house for you and your group ONLY with: multiple sleeping areas including 4 private sleeping spaces (with doors that lock, closets, empty drawers); 2 full bathrooms inside with tub/shower combinations, one half bath off the back patio, semi-private outside shower with hot and cold water; exclusive private backyard paradise with pool, hot tub, fire pit, grills and luxury deep seating patio furniture. The only areas blocked off would be the home office area if not used as an optional addtional sleeping area (behind the room dividers off to the side of the main living area) and the main master suite which will be locked off, with both spaces unoccupied during your visit. Also there will be certain closets that have personal items which will be labeled by blue tape. In the kitchen, laundry/pantry and RecRoom there will also be certain cabinets off limits with blue tape.
Hot Tub water level must be kept above the water intake on the top of the stairs to ensure pump and heater have water at all times. A garden hose is easily available to add water after every use when water level has descended. Also Hot Tub cover should be kept on when not in use to keep leaves and debris out of the water.
Private Patio Oasis with Pool is open all year but Pool is not heated so optimal enjoyable swimming is from May to October. Hot Tub is Piping Hot up to 110 degrees
Checkout details: Flexible time subject to other guest reservations and Host approval. No deep cleaning necessary. Put dishes in dishwasher and run, or wash dishes and dry. Take out garbage. Hang up used towels. Straighten up things some. If Hosts cannot be there at checkout time, turn off all lights and AC in RecRoom, close and lock doors and windows, and push the lock button on front door keypad.
