My goal is to provide a luxurious VIP experience for you and your large group of friends and/or family! This home has 4 levels of living space and each level has wonderful amenities for your group to enjoy!
You won't find a more desirable and convenient location! Situated off of Lemmon Ave just 3 blocks from Highland Park, we are in the heart of the Dallas action!
Famous McKinney Ave, American Airlines Center, Downtown Dallas and the Kay Bailey Convention Center are in a 1 mile radius!
Starting from the Main Floor, you will be greeted with 15 ft ceilings in the Main Living Room accompanied with a Modern Open Floor Plan. The Living Room has 70" 3D TV to catch all games! There is also a foos ball game table for guest to enjoy!
There is ample seating with the over sized leather sectional with chaise lounge and separate chairs.
The Kitchen, Dining and Living flow together. There is a Half Bath for guest to use centrally located on the first floor as well.
There are two access points from the Living Room And Dining Room to the gorgeous landscaped yard. Once outside, stone pathways greet you and lead you to an 8 person spa for you and your group to enjoy! The Spa has 9 fun LED light settings and 4 waterfalls. An incredible sound system is built into the spa and play your favorite tunes by simply plugging into your smart phone or other device. A separate patio around the corner offers games like Corn Hole and Beer Pong!
The Main Patio accommodates seating for 8 around a Fire-glass propane fire pit. The trees are laced with fairy lights emitting a beautiful serene glow perfect for enhancing the atmosphere for parties.
Going up to the second floor, you will locate the Master Suite and a Guest Bedroom. The Master Suite is a grand 23' by 18' making it a suite rater than a bedroom! It has its own private bath and also has a Juliette balcony overlooking the yard. Those who can't escape work will appreciate the desk and swivel leather captain chair located next to the balcony access. There is also a coffee bar in the Master Suite.
Just down the hall, you will find the first of three additional guest rooms. This room has soaring 20ft ceilings and built in book cases. Sleeping accommodations include a bunk with twin over full size beds. This room has its own gaming /TV area with Bluetooth surround sound game chairs.
The laundry room is located in the hallway between the Master Suite and guest room on this level. The second bathroom is also centrally located on this level.
There are approximately 6 steps up to the third level. This entire floor is a combination second living room/guest room. Two "One Touch" Serta Perfect Sleeper Sofas convert to two queen size beds! These are positioned in an L shape in front of the fireplace. This guest room is equipped with a large scale mini fridge and also a 60' inch Smart Tv and convertible Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Pool Table for extra fun!
Another eight steps takes you up to the 4th level. This enormous 18' by 16' room has matching low profile leather queen size beds with dual adjustable backrests for custom comfort. Additionally, is has its own 60" Smart TV and glass desk with wireless printer and document shredder.
