It was an incredible house. Everything was well cared for and excellent quality. We were celebrating my graduation and Mother's day and needed a place where our family could gather. It was absolutely perfect and very relaxing. The pictures are accurate and the home is beautifully decorated. We would have loved to stay longer.

Beautiful Home!
We rented this beautiful home for a "girls weekend" to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. The house could not have been more perfect. It is clean, comfortable, well decorated and in a wonderful location. Don't hesitate to rent, you won't be disappointed!

This beautiful residence is set up for comfort and entertaining with two large living areas, two dining areas, a wet bar, three outdoor patios and a deck. It sleeps nine in beds and up to 12 comfortably.
A gorgeous master suite and two oversize bedrooms upstairs and an additional bedroom with en-suite bath downstairs offer both privacy and plenty of space for all guest. No bedrooms share a wall offering privacy for all. The newly remodeled gourmet kitchen easily seats nine (six at the table and three at the island) and includes a 48'' GE Profile gas range with electric oven, microwave drawer, French door refrigerator, stocked pantry, marble counters, and a large island. The kitchen opens into the comfortable family room with built-ins and large sectional featuring a wall of windows overlooking a beautiful wooded creek lot. A formal dining (seating 6) and living room with fireplace are adjacent to the family room also offering up tranquil backyard views with a wall of windows. Both the family room and the formals lead out to a covered patio perfect or a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Upstairs you will find a large Master bedroom and Master bath complete with Carrara Marble. A chandelier hangs above the soaking tub placed beautifully next to it is a separate seamless glass shower with rain head and body jets . Two large secondary bedrooms are also located upstairs share a whimsical Jack and Jill bath .
Please note that while this home is centrally located just minutes from Northpark Mall and SMU, it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. This is a haven in the ever growing city of Dallas, quiet hours are strictly enforced. Please no loud music or talking especially outside and after 10pm weekdays, 11pm weekends. Our neighbors will thank you!
