The house was wonderful! We wanted a relaxing getaway with our 2 small kids and the grandparents. The house was everything we expected and had all the necessities we needed to feel comfortable. The pool and the views are absolutely stunning. The beds were super comfy, kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and dishes, there is a pantry with a couple of leftover dry ingredients and paper bags to take to the grocery store (you pay for bags in Austin- we didn't know this before going to HEB.. oops). The balconies are the perfect place for morning coffee and muffins. Keith was super easy to work with and we will definitely be returning! The only FYI for other renters is that the master bath has beautiful lake views from both the tub/shower, but this also means very little privacy. You can see into the shower from the pool if you are at the right angle. It definitely wasn't a problem, but if you are modest it's just an FYI. I understand not wanting to obstruct the gorgeous views.

This is a great house for families and friends who want to enjoy a great view and never have to leave the house to have fun. There is a private pool and hot tub on site and a fantastic view of Lake Travis. The pictures really don't do the place any justice. You'll just have to see it to believe it. Perched high above the main basin of Lake Travis, the Little Lanai is a perfect spot to get away from it all, or be near the lake and still be close to Austin. Downtown is a mere 25 mins away(without traffic).
To make your stay even more wonderful, we offer chef services, a masseuse who will come out to the house, AND for an extra $150/hour, we'll take you out on our boat. (2 hr min) RSVPs for boat must be made at least 1 week in advance.
