You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the coziness, the location, the people, and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
You will have full access to the house except the Master bedroom.
This house has 4 bedrooms, but the master bedroom will not be available. You and your family will have all the three bedrooms, 3 queens and 1 single, that are on 2nd floor.
The guest living room have a 50in TV with Cable and the house has Wifi for internet access.
Washer and dryer are in the garage.
The front door is keyless entry for easy access.
I will be available for my guests upon request to help out with any of their needs.
House Rules:
- Respect the property and have a good time.
- Take off your shoes after you get inside the house!
- Inform and ask for permission if you will have guests visiting the property.
- DO NOT hookup any devices into the TV.
- DO NOT change the TV settings.
- Please clean up after yourselves
- Clean dishes after using.
- Clean up the kitchen after you're done.
- You can smoke out in the backyard or front door. Pick up Cigarettes after you're done.
- Please help us to stay "Green" by turning the AC to 80 when leaving and turn off the lights.
- Always lock the door when leaving.
- Please unmade the bed you slept in as I would like to wash it for our next guest.
- Please do not forget to take your belongings with you when you are ready to checkout.
- Your check-in time is 3:00PM. If there is no guest check-out that day, then you can check-in early.
- Absolutely NO illegal activities, drugs, behavior are allowed. Anyone who breaks this rule or the rules listed below will be evicted and the host may retain their deposit and remaining rent.
- No parties whatsoever. No bachelorette parties!!! No parties!!! $300 Fine assessed.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house. $300 Fine assessed.
- NO pets allowed inside the house. $300 Fine assessed.
