Cottage was beautiful. Clean and much more spacious than expected! Traveled with our two teenagers, two dogs, husband and myself. Plenty of room. Bathroom was very clean which is such a plus. Stairs are a bit of a hike but can be avoided if you ask permission to access from other properties! Jan was a pleasure to work with!

Just what we needed!
The property was perfect for my families quick long weekend! It was exactly as described and Jan was easily reached with any question we had! The fishing was wonderful, the town of Wolcot and the people there are great and sodus point was beautiful!

Cottage rental
we had a great stay. Everything was nice and clean. Jan communicated with us throughout and always made herself available. This is a spacious 2 bedroom cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom. I love that all the bedding and bathroom towels along with a few beach towels were available, so we did not have to pack those extras. We highly recommend this for a small family, or even a great girls retreat!

little yellow cottage
This little yellow cottage was very clean and the furniture very comfortable. The cottage has a large living room, dining and kitchen area. The Master bedroom has a large window with a view of the water from the bed. I kept all the windows open for the perfect breeze throughout the whole cottage. The bathroom is comfortable and she shower was great. I had a girls weekend and this cottage was perfect get away. With the covered side porch we basically spent one whole day there having wine and ordered pizza (which actually got delivered). Great spot to relax, enjoy friends, boat, bbq, and if you so desire swim off the dock. It is 20 mins to Sodus Point and to Fair Haven if you are looking for large sandy beaches. Take a day trip to wineries. We had dinner one night in Sodus Point and took a wine tour in the fingerlakes. I plan on going back to this little yellow cottage as much as I can and would recommend this spot to anyone. I had a brace on my foot and had no trouble getting around the cottage and yard. There are steps to get to the cottage, but also a drive way the neighbors let me use. everyone is very friendly there.

Lovely Little Cottage with dock access and sunset views. Peaceful and private with great fishing and access to both Port Bay (known for fishing) and Great Lake Ontario. Close to Sodus Bay Area and Chimney Bluffs State Park. This little cottage has 2 bedrooms. A Queen Bed in one bedroom and a Double bed and twin in the other. Additional Cot for extra sleeping. Large Kitchen with appliances including stove, refrigerator and microwave, 1 bath with standing shower, a covered outside porch, gas grill and charcoal grill. Across from the Public Boat Launch. Shared Dock access, parking and is very close to Port Bay Golf Club and on the side to enjoy lovely sunsets.
