A wonderful large and comfortable home
Our one week stay for our multi-generational family of 9 flew by in a home that accommodated us perfectly. The great room and dining room were where our family spent most of our time. Our meals were easy with more than enough dishes, glasses, pots and pans and the grill was exceptionally clean and large. The fire pit was a great place to gather and the pond was a place to linger. Our 12 yr. old boys practiced baseball on the grass. With Hyde Park with FDR home, museum, top cottage and grounds and the many mansions, great restaurants in Rhinebeck, Performing Arts Playhouse, The AeroDome and Air show, Hudson River Walkway and the Boat Ride on the Hudson, we had one of our most enjoyable family vacations.

Great for large groups
We rented this house because we were in the area for work - there was 5 different families/couples .. the house was large enough and the bathrooms all worked out nice because we all had to be out the door at the same time !!! There was enough seating for everyone to have dinner at nite .. thanks

Perfect for extended family of 12
We were an extended family of 12 visiting the area and we needed a place that was big enough, was close to the areas we wanted to visit while not being overly expensive. This property met all of our expectations. There were plenty of places to sleep and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. The one had the vanity separate from the toilet and shower and that was a blessing with so many people. The house is located in a nice residential area and is at the end of a long driveway, so privacy is assured. There were plenty of towels, and almost anything you could think of was there. Plenty of eating space both inside and outside and a nice fire pit. Cory the owner was a pleasure to deal with and he always responded to me within 12 to 18 hours. If you are in the area and need a nice comfortable place to stay I would gladly recommend this house for your needs.

Warm and cozy winter retreat
We rented the home for a winter girls' weekend. It more than comfortably fit all 9 of us and was perfectly located near Rhinebeck. The fireplace was a huge part of the weekend, and the owners were nice enough to offer their firewood for use. We had a slight hiccup upon arrival - the heat/thermostat had broken in the last 24 hours and the house was very cold. The owners immediately called their heating company and someone had it fixed within the next two hours. I only mention this to reinforce the fact that the owners were great and happy to be helpful. The house was nicer than it looks and fully stocked with what we needed. Thanks for helping us have THE best weekend!
