Our room was very cozy, house was beautiful, pool was relaxing, and the neighborhood was very scenic. Stephanie was a magnificent host: she provided coffee and yogurt as well as recommendations for places to see / things to do in the area. I recommend choosing her place if you want a scenic getaway at a tranquil spot for a few days.

Home was a dream

The pool and waterfall is an absolute dream - exactly what you want during a Hamptons escape. He house is very centrally located. When you're home, you have the utmost privacy, but you're only minutes away from everything the Hamptons has to offer and is known for. Stephanie was an exceptional host! She went above and beyond our expectations. She was kind, accommodating, and very friendly. We can't wait to return to her wonderful Sag Harbor home for another great weekend.

On a quiet shy 2 acre beautiful parcel adjacent to hundreds of acres of town reserve sits this updated light filled home with sweeping lawn, and reserves on 3 sides for complete privacy. Spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths,Two masters with king beds and private baths, two additional bedrooms one with a queen the other with two twin beds and a den offer room for additional guests. Newly renovated with a 500 sq. foot great room with 16 foot soaring ceilings, a Chefs kitchen with top of the line appliances, opening on to a light-filled dining area with a wall of glass. The dining room seats 12 while another dozen could dine on the adjoining outdoor dining terrace that seats 12 as well, all overlooking the natural park like setting and backyard with heated pool and waterfall. The living room with gas fireplace provides a comfortable gathering place. Light pours inside the house during the day, and at night it becomes darkly romantic with an intimate glow emanating from the extensive outdoors lighting surrounding the pool and treed driveway. The heated pool is surrounded by generous Teco-Bloc terracing, with plenty of lounge chairs. Make your appointment to see this one!
