At the last minute my wife, daughter and I wanted to head to the country and Dan made it possible with an almost immediate response to my inquiry. The house was as listed- spacious, clean and ready to enjoy. I'm looking forward to my next stay

Great house and great vacation!
We came up here not knowing the area (it was a last minute decision) and Dan's place provided the perfect hub for our summer exploration of the Catskills. The house was immaculate, the view is amazing, and what's more, it was very private, which was really important to us. Also, Dan lives in the area and is always ready to jump on anything that needs adjusting and we really appreciated (not that there was much) that level of service. My favorite part was sitting by the fire pit after the kids went to sleep. I definitely recommend this house!

Wonderful and Restful!
My wife and I together with our teenage and grown boys were looking forward to a week away and the house did not disappoint. Dan was wonderful in ensuring that everything was perfect. The house was bathed in sun which made the deck a wonderful place to relax and take in the view. Between a choice of golf courses and nearby towns to explore there was just enough to do. Activities at the house were enjoyed by all. If we have the opportunity to be up that way again we would welcome the opportunity to go back! Thank you Dan!
