We really enjoyed our stay. Spent a lot of time watching New York life go by from the lovely big window. Convenient for travel to all parts of the city by subway. Plenty of food stores nearby - some quite expensive, so it pays to look around. Great selection of restaurants in the surrounding streets. Central Park about 10 minutes' walk away was fantastic - pleasant walk downtown before you hit the streets. Apartment very clean with good WiFi, no problem getting the keys. Overall our stay lived up to our expectations.

Great location!
Wonderful stay at Olena and Mustafa's apartment. Very clean and uncluttered, large updated kitchen and perfect location. Owners were extremely helpful and responsive when needed.

Lots of space. Great location.
The apartment worked out really well for us. The location was excellent with stores nearby and the 6 subway close. The two bedrooms were separated by a hallway to allow privacy. It was well equipped in the kitchen and clean. The only thing I would suggest is another piece of comfortable furniture in the living room. There were three of us and there's just the one couch.

This was an excellent stay in a perfect location
This was a nice little 2-bedroom apartment in an excellent location near many very good restaurants, lots of shopping, a quick walk to Central Park, and easy access to the subway. As a west-coaster I had no idea how to work with radiator, but a quick call to the very helpful owner and he explained what to do. Sure, the bathroom could use updating, but if you want a perfect place then check into that 5-star hotel with the 5-star price. Next time I come to NYC, if this place is avaiable I'd happily stay here again.

Charming, comfortable prewar 800 sqfeet, private, newly renovated, spacious apartment is fully furnished has a large eat in gourmet kitchen with washer and dryer, dishwasher. 2 full size beds, 1 full size sofa bed. Lots of closets. 2AC's, Wi-Fi. The apartment is only 2 blocks from the 77th street subway station, centrally located, prestigious neighborhood, 3 blocks from Central Park. 2 blocks away is the subway.
