There were 5 of us staying at this unit. We enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean and comfortable. We wanted for nothing. The rooftop is a must see experience, especially at night! We had no trouble getting to where we wanted to be from this unit, whether walking, taxi, and/or subway. I highly recommend this unit! I would stay here again if I should visit NYC again. :)

Great Place to Crash
We took the family to the City for an overnight. Enjoyed dinner at Bella Blu on the East Side and then saw Lion King. The apartment was clean and ready when we arrived at 3:00. We were just looking for a place to crash for the night as we ate all of our meals out. There were 6 of us, which the unit accommodated well. Laura's communication was exceptionally quick and helpful. Parking, except for Sunday's, can be a challenge, so we used a parking garage in Times Square for $70 for 24 hours for an oversized vehicle. I'd say the walk to Times Square was about 15 minutes. Our deposit was fully refunded within four days.

Perfect Stay
I would highly recommend this apartment. We stayed a week in New York with two teenage girls. The accommodation was ideally located for sightseeing, very central but on a quiet road. Plenty of restaurants around and near the subway. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. When staying there we had access to the rooftop which was amazing, plenty of seating areas and a view of the New York lights at night which thrilled us all. Irina and Laura (the hosts) were extremely helpful and prompt in responding to any query we had. All in all a FAB place to stay in New York and would highly recommend it.

The bright lights, big city concept was certainly born in Midtown Manhattan on the West Side of town, where Times Square and the Theater District are at the core. This bustling area offers everything from performing arts to culinary delights.
Midtown West spans from 30th Street to 59th Street on the west side of Fifth Avenue over to the Hudson River, and is home to many of Manhattan’s most frequented attractions as well as arts institutes like Carnegie Hall and Alvin Ailey. It’s also close enough to Central Park for residents to take advantage of the greenery and activities that await them there. And restaurant row on Ninth Avenue can’t be beat for great eats. Midtown West is also first and foremost an easy commute - in walking distance to 1, 2, C, E, N, R and Q trains.
Our building is located on the corner of 53-rd street and 9-th avenue It is in a walking distance of many famous New York City sites:Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, Columbus Circle, Lincoln Center, Radio City Hall, MOMA etc.
The rental combines the luxuries of a high class hotel with the comforts of a modern home: dining area with table and chairs, full kitchen supplied with various appliances; fully equipped bathroom (shampoo, hair conditioner, bath jell and hair dryer are provided). Our centrally located cozy rental comfortably accommodates 7 people: has a queen size bed in the bedroom, 2 queen size convertible sofas in the living room and a folding bed. Elegantly furnished with new modern furniture, the apartment is spacious and sleeps 7 comfortably.
Luxury linens, chenille comforters, a large LCD TV, DVD player, CD player, high speed WiFi Internet and cable TV to enjoy your New York experience. There is a 24 hours concierge in the lobby, laundry facilities, gym and roof top on premises. The laundry room is located on the ground floor. In order to use the laundry machines you need to buy a card, using your credit card.
