The apartment was exactly as it looked in the photos and described. Location was perfect for us getting in and out of the heart of NYC. We walked most places and the subway was close, lots of great places to eat and drink near by. Easy to get in to and out of, and Tiffany was great at communicating with me and my questions.

Great Apartment in a fantastic location
This apartment had everything we needed for our 6 night stay in New York. The location was perfect. Times Square, subway, restaurants, and theatre were all a short walkaway. Our host Tiffany, was very helpful throughout the booking process and easy to contact if required. We would stay here again.

Ideal situation in New York
This small, but not cramped, apartment was ideal for my daughter and myself. Only two blocks from Times Square and the subway. The photograph did not do it justice, made it look smaller than it was. One small criticism - provided an iron but no ironing board. There was room in the wardrobe for one. Very comfortable and clean and well equipped.

Cozy and quiet
My daughter and I loved the apartment. We where seeing a couple plays, so it was in the perfect spot to be able to walk to the different theaters. It was also very quiet, so sleep after a long day and evening was easy. Highly recommend

Lovely private alcove studio apartment in Italianate townhouse. Sun drenched with original brick walls, 11 foot ceilings, full kitchen with overpass. Flat screen TV and basic cable provided at no extra charge. WI-FI access. Designer furniture. Cozy home away from home. Lovingly cared for. Clean Linens, 1 hand Towel/1 bath towel per person, Kitchen utensils and pots, microwave. Maid fee is not included in rental and is $60.00 but is not for daily service. Apt Overlooks private garden.
Located in Center of Manhattan, Waking distance of Time Square, Central Park and Broadway. Less than 5 minute walk to trains A,C, E, B,D,W, 1, 2, 3, 9.
