The house is very homey and comfortable

It's a clean and spacious home. I would stay here again on my next trip to NYC. Great house, and you get a lot more than what you pay for. Tina, owner of the home, was very helpful. There are lots of places around to grab a quick bite, and plenty of places to get a hot cup of coffee. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Perfection in Harlem!

Book this property, right now! Don't hesitate. Here is why: -SO. MUCH. SPACE. Sleeping space, bathing space (there is a sauna!), eating space, living space, outdoor space! This one has it all. -Location, location, location. Right off of Malcolm X Blvd and just a few blocks from the 125th Street subway station. You can be Downtown and Uptown quickly. A perfect home base for exploring the city. -Friendly neighbors, lots of options. The folks on the block were out and about and friendly. There were multiple corner groceries, pharmacies, and places to grab a bite. A Whole Foods is opening up just a few blocks away in 2017. -Responsive owners/caretakers. Tina was communicative - and the caretakers who live in the basement apartment were friendly and available. We had a group of 11 people - 10 of whom had never been to NYC. We couldn't have asked for a better lodging arrangement. Book it!

Wonderful Stay

This property was everything I expected and hoped for!!! The subways were very easy to get to and dealing with Tina was a great pleasure. She was always so helpful and quick to respond to my many, many, many questions! It's difficult to rent a home when you are in a different state, but Tina really made the process quite easy. The house was clean and very homey. Coming home after a full day's activities was comforting. We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough room for us all. If I ever make my way back to New York again, I would definitely stay at Tina's again!!!
