We accept request for multiple Studio Plus rooms. Each sleeps 2 persons. If you have a party of 4, you will need to book 2 Studio Plus units, or a one bedroom. The one bedroom sleeps 4, 2 in the bedroom, and 2 in the queen size sofa bed in the living room.

Please contact us even if the dates you want is not available on our schedule, we can book multiple rooms for the same dates.

Please contact us if you wan to book a date that is shown as booked on our calendar. We will book it manually for you. 

If you stay 3 nights days or less, you will have to pay a cleaning fee of $85 directly to Hilton upon check in. 4 days or longer, no cleaning fees.

Standard Studio Plus Rates:

Monday through Thursday $290 Friday through Sunday $580 per night.
Inventory Clearance Sale: Valid May 19 through June 27, 2016.

Monday through Thursday $260 Friday through Sunday $520 per night.

Summer Special: July 17, 2016 through August 28, 2016:

Monday through Thursday $260 Friday through Sunday $520 per night.

Standard One bedroom rate:

Monday through Thursday: $450 per night. Friday through Sunday: $900 per night.

Note: The above rates are non-refundable, fixed and non-negotiable, no matter how long you want to stay. If you need multiple time slots, please kindly make a separate request for each time slot.

The unit you are booking is a Vacation Hilton Resort and not a Hilton Hotel. Therefore, you will not get Hilton Honors points. Also, it is a timeshare unit, and not one specific unit. There are many Studio Plus units at the location, and your unit will be assigned when you check in. Since there are many units available at the location, even if my calendar shows booked or unavailable, there may be units that are still available at the Hilton inventory. In that case, please contact me to find out if your desired dates are available. I will try to book these dates for you if the inventory is available at Hilton.

47/27/2016: Booked for 9/19/2016 for 4 nights @ $290 per night.

If booked directly with Hilton, the non-refundable rate is $418 per night plus tax, with no breakfast.

If you need later checkout, please request at front desk. If you check out late, you may be charged a one day rental at the resort prevailing rental rate, which may be much higher than your booking rate.

This is a vacation rental. No daily maid housekeeping service offered. If your stay is 5 days or longer, a complementary maid housekeeping service will be done on the third day. If you need fresh towels or supplies, please call housekeeping to refresh them.
