Large apartment in the heart of Manhattan which makes travel to and from very easy. The apartment is exactly as pictured. I traveled with 6 other people and all beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens to accommodate all. The apartment complex is very clean and concierge was very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again. Irina and Laura are fantastic hosts and reachable at all times!

Great Location for a Reasonable Price
Booking and planning this trip was extremely easy. Laura & Irina responded promptly to all my questions. It was easy getting into the apartment. The apartment would definitely be a tight fit with 7 people, but was a more than comfortable fit my party of 4. Thank you for making my stay in NYC so great!

Home Base IN NYC
Irina and Laura are fantastic hosts! They sent instructions, prior to our arrival, so access was not an issue. Their apt. situated in a quiet street right just a short walk from Penn Station and the Underground. We always felt safe walking the neighborhood. A large Supermarket just around the corner to stock up on drinks, snacks and breakfast items. So easy to go up or down town to all the sights NYC has. Our hosts had the super attend to a minor tap issue in a very timely fashion. Do yourself a favor and have dinner at RIKO the Peruvian restaurant nearby. Great Food. The apartment was well appointed with everything you could need. The bed was large and comfy. It lived up to the description and our expectations. We look forward to returning on our next visit to NYC. Thank you, Laura and Irina, for your hospitality. Geoff & Chris

Amazing location, amazing price!
We can't wait to stay here again. The apartment was perfect for our stay. We've already passed on the information about this place to some friends who are always looking for a better option than hotels when staying in Manhattan. We will be back!!! 2-1/2 hour train ride from Albany and a 5 minute walk! Nothing could beat it!

Luxury linens, chenille comforters, a large LCD TV, DVD player, CD player, high speed Internet and cable TV to enjoy your New York experience. There is a laundry facilities on premises and dry cleaning in the building. The laundry room is located on the 1-st floor. In order to use the laundry machines you need to buy a card, using your credit card.
Subway stop ('34 street' - all major NYC lines) is located in 2 blocks from the building. Our building is in a walking distance of many famous New York City sites. Couple of subway stops away from Rockefeller Center, Central Park, Columbus Circle, Lincoln Center, Radio City Hall etc. This apartment is suitable for business travelers, couples and families alike.

Area Information
The bright lights, big city concept was certainly born in Midtown Manhattan on the West Side of town, where Times Square and the Theater District are at the core. This bustling area offers everything from performing arts to culinary delights.
Midtown West spans from 30th Street to 59th Street on the west side of Fifth Avenue over to the Hudson River, and is home to many of Manhattan's most frequented attractions as well as arts institutes like Carnegie Hall and Alvin Ailey. It's also close enough to Central Park for residents to take advantage of the greenery and activities that await them there. And restaurant row on Ninth Avenue can't be beat for great eats. Midtown West is also first and foremost an easy commute - in walking distance to 1, 2, C, E, N, R and Q trains.
