Living room with electric fireplace, dining area, country kitchen, entry seating area and a large, well appointed office ideal for the business traveler. Double size inflatable bed is also available to rent. Secure wireless internet. Full cable tv in living room and master suite. DVD player in second bedroom.

The layout offers maximum privacy and comfort. Sleeps up to 8 with inflatable. Can rent as 3 or 4 bedroom. Baby crib, strollers, high chair, etc available if requested.
Enter a private courtyard from a breezeway off the main street; very private and secure especially if you have small children. Full size elevator, no stairs. Only 4 apartments per floor, so very quiet and private. Superintendent on premises, video security. Next to parks, hiking, river trails and the busiest restaurant 'row' in uptown NYC!

Feels more like a cozy house nestled in the Inwood Hills Park / Washington Heights section of upper NYC. Bedroom view of the Cloisters and Ft. Tryon Park or the bustle of the neighborhood. Immaculate accommodations, and privacy.

Subway entrance is literally 40 feet from the courtyard entry - can't get more convenient than that...a second subway is 3 blocks away. Entry to both the west side highway and east side drive are on Dykeman, convenient for taxi or car service travel. 20 minutes from LaGuardia or Kennedy (off hours).

The fully appointed country kitchen offers all appliances, juicer, 'Zero' water filter system, microwave and more. Local butcher and fish market and 24 hr. food store across the street assure you have access to meals, but there are so many trendy restaurants on Dyckman St and Broadway, you can choose a different one every night!

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, new linens and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep; its a busy, bustling neighborhood. The Hudson River is 3 blocks away (the famous La Marina Restaurant is perched there!) and the A train/subway, just downstairs , means Times Square is only 20 minutes away! An immaculate, comfortable place in the most up-and-coming neighborhood in Manhattan.

Roomy and attractive apartment

I am so glad we found this wonderful apartment for our group of 8! For a NYC apartment it was surprisingly roomy and comfortable giving us privacy as each couple had own room for sleeping. We shared two fully equipped bathrooms, kitchen and living area. Victoria seemed to think of everything one might need including ear plugs, umbrellas, even kitchen spices. Greatly appreciated having an air conditioner in each room as well. It really is as nice as described in other reviews. Loved having the subway so handy—just a few minutes walk on same block. Also appreciated the pizza shop and Starbucks so close. Victoria, the owner, did an excellent job communicating and accommodating our requests. As previously mentioned in a review, the only drawback is its location near a busy intersection. The first night I had a hard time sleeping until I realized there was a white noise machine in room that helped block out the street noise. I would highly recommend this rental especially if you have a large group.

Excellent choice Very good condition and roomy

This is an excellent apartment in a friendly and safe neighborhood with many amenities in the same block including several restaurants, Starbucks, and a very good deli. 24-7 full size market just across the street. Metro entrance to the main A line is only 100 ft from entrance to apartment building. It's about a 30 minute metro ride to midtown with one transfer from express (A line) to local (B or C line) for many tourist sites. Apartment is clean, very well equipped with two full Bathrooms and three bedrooms, and exceptionally spacious. Window a/c in all rooms. On 5th floor with good, large elevator. Apartment complex is very well maintained with a pleasant, well groomed courtyard, excellent laundry facilities and secure building entrance. Three bedrooms and two sitting rooms all exceptionally large size, especially for NYC. Ample room for 6, 7 or even 8 people and for young children to play. Walking distance to the Cloisters art and sculpture museum owned and operated by the Metropolitan Museum and not to be missed. Apartment owner is gracious and exceptionally responsive and helpful. The written information is very clear and complete. This place is exactly as advertised and I recommend it. Henry A June 2017

Roomy Comfortable Place with Great Location.

3 bedrooms a office and two baths plus a living room and fully equipped kitchen. To add to this the subway is downstairs and a row of restaurants is behind the building. We had a great time in NYC. The rental felt like home and gave us a sense of living in the city. Would highly recommend. Only caveat is that it is a vibrant neighborhood so lots of road and people noise all night long.

Great location. Mass transit to anywhere!

Location was great. Apartment was big and roomy. She supplied every amenity you could possibly need or want. Only flaw is that because of the major intersection it was too loud at night. Also, the AC in the main room could have been colder, but in her defense it was in the high 80's to low 90's during our stay. Bedrooms AC's were freezing. So that was good.
