Minimum StayPerfect for a travelling family
We have four kids under age 7, and this house was amazing to stay in. When we arrived it was decorated for Christmas and my kids declared it was the most beautiful house they'd ever seen. It was especially meaningful because we unexpectedly had to extend our stay in the LA area and were missing out on some Christmas time at home. The kids ran around the backyard, played on the play equipment, swam in the pool, played with the toys and games, and pored through the books. (There is no substitute for staying in a house that is well prepared for children!) I appreciated the secure fence around the pool and around the property so I didn't have to worry about them, as well as the lovely piano and all the educational books in the house (we're a homeschool family). The well-stocked kitchen and laundry machines were so convenient. You can't get all these things in a hotel, and the kids go crazy cooped up in hotel rooms anyway. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. She had recommendations and suggestions for us in the house and in the area, which was just a beautiful neighborhood. We walked to local businesses and visited the Rancho Los Cerritos. I really can't say enough good things about our experience, so I should probably stop now, but I would recommend this house to anyone, especially families with kids.

Beautiful home with lots of privacy. Spacious 10,000 sq ft lot with large pool & back yard! Perfect for families, weddings, special/corporate events. Live musicians and bartenders/servers available. Between LA & Disneyland, 15 min to LB Convention Center, Queen Mary, LB Aquarium, Grand Prix, Belmont Shore, and Catalina Landing. Large neighborhood park just a few blocks away and lots of filming & movie shoots in our neighborhood & on our block! Beautiful weather all year round. Free wi-fi, full turn key property includes bedding and full kitchen amenities.
