Brought a group of 10 friends together here to spend a week and had an absolutely amazing time. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and everyone had plenty of space. The upper deck was great for family style dinners and we spent a lot of time swimming from the dock. The location is also great as it's about 20 minutes from a Walmart for all of your grocery shopping needs and it's surrounded by wineries.

Perfect waterfront cottage
What a wonderful place to have our ladies getaway! It exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed so much having cocktails and coffee on your beautiful covered porch and LOVED the view of the water! Our bonfire Friday night was so great! It was so nice that you provided wood ...in fact, your home had everything we needed. We found the beds, covers, pillows and towels all very comfortable and all of us said it just felt like being in our own home.! Loads of space and privacy and loved the extra "bunk house" Such close proximity to Watkins Glen and we enjoyed hiking there and returning "home" . Great Rental!
The cottage was great and easily accommodated 7 people. The downstairs was newly renovate which was a nice surprise. Plenty of wineries, restaurants, and other things to do close buy and great views. Owners were very responsive and helpful. There was a small water issue that they promptly addressed and resolved.

Perfect for a Family Vacation
I'm late on my review but wanted to say we had a wonderful time. We had 3 children ages 7-17 staying with us and plenty of room. The back deck is the center of this home and great views of the lake and sunset. We had a fire every night and ample wood was supplied. The kids loved the slide and exploring around the waters edge. We rented a boat a few days and nice to dock while we ate a quick lunch and back on the water. There is a steep stairway to the lakefront, but very doable for most people. The neighbors are great, friendly but not intrusive. We enjoyed the occasional visit from their 4 legged friends. Would recommend.

Vacation lakefront cabin in the midst of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail with a private beach and dock in a wooded setting. Located in Hector, NY, just eight miles north of Watkins Glen, on the east side of Seneca Lake. This four bedroom, plus detached bunkhouse, sleeps 8 plus people spring, summer and fall. This home features an amazing 600+ sq. ft. deck with beautiful lake and sunset views. The private beach, dock and boat lift are steps away in front of the house. The living space and one bedroom are on the main floor. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a master bedroom and bathroom downstairs. There is also a detached room with double bunk beds. This is a great location for families with children or for a reunion with friends.
