You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). If you're looking for a quiet place to stay that is outside of Manhattan then my place is it. You can still experience all that Manhattan has to offer I am a 45 min bus ride directly into manhattan and back.

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, I am simply a phone call away. I live in the building so I am easily accessible day or night.
The neighborhood:
Directly across the street from my house is the Paerdegat Athletic Club (PAC) where you can swim, use the gym, play sports, etc.
Also, across the street is the canoe club where you can rent boats, canoes, kayaks, etc if you would like to go out on the water.
Getting around:
You can experience all that Manhattan has to offer by taking the BM2 bus, 2 short blocks away, directly into Manhattan. The bus ride is approximately 45 minutes and costs $6.50 each way. It runs throughout the week. I can assist you with finding the bus schedule if necessary.
