Great for small family or gathering of friends. Suitable for college student on a low budget. It's over 1000 square feet, open and modern. The space is below the first floor and was once rented with the first floor. Because it was expensive to rent the entire unit, I recently designed it to stand by it self. You no longer have to pass through the first floor to access it, since it now has its own two exits at the side and in the back of. It has a modern kitchen and is suitable for small gatherings. The space is close to the 2/5 train in a safe neighborhood and it take 15 minutes into Manhattan. You will enjoy the comfort and peace the space brings you. The space also comes with parking in the driveway for an additional peace of mind.
Please no request for parties, since no party or get together is allowed. Also Friday's and Saturday are booked together. Check in is 2pm check out is 11am
