This was beyond perfect after spending over a week in a cramped hotel. There was more than enough space for myself, mom and son. It was beautiful, clean and all of the comforts of home. Vivienne is a wonderful host. She was there to meet us, give us a tour and make sure we knew our way around the area and the businesses available. She took the time to make sure I knew how to use the subway to get to the city. She told us to call at anytime. Unfortunately I had to take her up on that the last day . I ended up with car trouble and she referred me to a local business a few blocks away that was able to take care of me quickly. Another review mentioned the area is transitioning. It is - it's a diverse area. There are always people around but I noticed over the 4 days that everyone keeps to themselves. A few times we came home after 11pm and was never concerned about the walk back from the subway. You are 4-5 blocks from the G train. It's about 30-40 mins to Times Square with one transfer. I was able to arrange for secure parking with Vivienne prior to my arrival. I will definately recommend this place and will stay again.

Clean, comfortable and convenient
A delightful host, who lives above the apartment, Vivienne was there to meet us and check us out, but did not disturb our stay. The apartment is comfortable and well stocked, although the small coffee maker was working overtime in order to satisfy our morning coffee needs! Trains, bodegas and coffee are very close by. I will definitely look to book this apartment again for future visits.

A good address in Brooklyn!
Very cosy and practical flat near the subway station. A genuine and very well equiped kitchen, and a large living room offered us a comfortable rest after any fulltime visiting day! Although we were 5 persons in the flat everybody was able to find a pretty and quiet place to rest. The 2 rooms are confortable and furnished with excellent beds and large dressings. Genuine large bathroom. Everything everywhere was fully clean. Vivienne is a very kind and helpful guest who is involved at the best rate for her visitors . For instance, on our arrival that was unfortunately very late ... (because of the plane) she had a warm smile and the accurate behaviour so that we could find something to eat for us all! We loved Brooklyn and were very happy to explore different parts of it. There were groceries everywhere and in particular a bigger one named Bravo was very close to the house. The subway lines we can reach around provide very convenient ways to get to the attractive places of Manhattan !

Great property, clean, comfortable and safe.
The apartment was super clean, very comfortable and secure. 8 minute walk to G train with easy connections to all of Manhattan. Neighborhood felt safe to walk through, even walking from subway late at night. Fully stocked kitchen and a grocer on practically every corner of the neighborhood. A shout out to Brooklyn Blend coffe shop for great breakfast, smoothies and salads, and Rocco's for great NY pizza - both a 2 minute walk around the corner. Property manager was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We spent 8 nights there without a single hitch!

Fully furnished two Bedroom apartment, hardwood floors, roomy bedrooms, two full size beds and side tables with two lamps and sizable closets in each room. One spacious bathroom with all new vanity installed. Stainless steel kitchen appliance, soft close cabinets, utensils available and ready for use. Beautiful glass dining table sits two to six people. Living room, three seat queen size pull out sofa bed, beautiful rocking chair, glass center table, TV with cable and free Wifi.
