Great location!
Ingrid's comfortable apartment is just a few blocks away from the Brooklyn Academy of Music, interesting restaurants and subway stations. She and her husband greeted us warmly and gave us suggestions for places to eat nearby. The location made it easy to get around Brooklyn and into Manhattan.

Great brownstone, great subway access
Great 3rd floor apartment. Loved the neighborhood. Came back from our day trips in Manhatten, to eat at great local restaurants. Easy subway access- C and G lines 2 blocks away. Ingrid was very quick to answer my questions. Only thing I forgot to bring that was needed was a hair dryer. They did offer to get one, but I managed. Would stay again!

Great Brooklyn townhouse experience
The apartment occupies an entire floor of a charming and spacious townhouse on a beautiful street, a short walk from the subway and close to many terrific restaurants in Clinton Hill, Fort Greene and Prospect Heights. Ingrid was very responsive to all of our requests, and went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Unlike many NY apartments, all of the rooms are large and comfortable, including the bath and kitchen. If you are looking for a great Brooklyn experience, I can't recommend a better place to stay.

Great location!
My daughter and I spent a week in NYC staying in this lovely apartment. The owners were very welcoming and helpful - I for got my printed out tickets to a few events and they helpfully printed them for me as well as helping us out with other things. The apartment is lovely. Third floor walkup, but that meant we had lots of light, great views, and almost no noise in the unit. A window AC unit helped cool the place down in the afternoons as needed. Wi-fi was super-fast for looking up museums. No tv, but that didn't bother us a bit -- we weren't in NYC to watch tv! We had tons of room, and the bathroom and kitchen were well-appointed. The location was superb. Close by good bagels, the flea market, the subway, and lots of other local shops. We could easily walk to bigger stores like Stop&Shop, Target, and anything else we needed. Ingrid was quite responsive and easy to reach. I'd definitely stay in the apartment again in the future.
