We just finished the restoration and renovation of the brownstone and it has all the character of a century old house plus all the modern and new ammendities from brand new ktichen batheroom , and TV.
This private apartment is centrally located in one of Brooklyn's hottest up and coming neighborhoods. We live in and own the entire building. This apartment has 2.5 private separate bedrooms which all offer privacy for those who need it. This is the top floor of a newly renovated Brownstone. It's location to all subways gets you to where you want to be in minutes. Many restaurants and bars just steps away from apartment and very easy access to Manhattan, the Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park, The Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, Coney Island and Downtown Brooklyn Shopping. We are also just 3 stops to the brand new Barclays Stadium , Home of the Brooklyn Nets basketball team and New York Islanders hockey team. Our Neighborhood is designated as an historical landmark area with most Brownstones over 120 years old. This particular area is very famous for being the home of many famous stars from Carl Sagan, Chris Rock, Jay-Z, Bobby Fisher, Lina Horn, Jackie Robinson, Notorious B.I.G., Michael Jordan and on and on and on. Neighborhood is a nice mix of multi-cultural backgrounds.
The unit sleeps up to 8 people. It is situated on the 4th floor and is completely renovated with all the modern amenities. Old world charm with all the modern conveniences. Also included are: stereo, DVD player, a 32' flat screen T.V. and cable. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement which you can use.
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and extremely friendly. At the center lies Fulton Street lively and buzzing with activities. Only 15 min from Manhattan on the A/C train and 20 min from trendy Williamsburg. This is a great place to vacation, relax and live like a local.
